Townhouse holiday rentals in Mission Bay

This home was perfect for our big family! We were attending a wedding on Mission Beach and the location was amazing. Sprouts, Trader Joe’s, and (Vons I think?) were within a few min walk from the house. The two provided parking spots made for easy parking. The kitchen was well stocked, the home impeccably clean, and from the room I slept in on the top floor I didn’t hear a sound from the teenagers staying up late downstairs. It is across the street from a middle school, so be aware there will be school sounds, but only during the day. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely choose this home again.

We enjoyed our stay at Lori's place very much. It was great to have a bathroom for each of the three bedrooms as we were in town for a wedding and had several events to get ready for. The coffee was great in the morning and we enjoyed our evening glass of wine out on the deck. Lori responded quickly when we had questions. One thing to note, Lori's pictures do not reflect her beautiful new kitchen and bathrooms. We would definitely return if given the opportunity.

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at Doug’s place. Its location was perfect, easy to walk to great restaurants and the beach. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed. Would not hesitate to book again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location is fantastic-just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient for enjoying the sun and ocean whenever we wanted. The place was very clean comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It felt like home away from home, we really appreciate the thoughtful touches and the peaceful atmosphere highly recommend this for anyone looking to enjoy a beach getaway.

We had a lovely time celebrating graduation and Father’s Day at Teresa‘s AirBnb! It was very spacious, had a full kitchen, and all the amenities we needed for the perfect visit. The location is perfect, with plenty of places to dine & shop! And Teresa was very quick in responding to messages! We can’t thank her enough for being the perfect host!!

This stay was amazing, the location was great its such a quite neighborhood. Has a garage parking which was a plus for us. Weather was amazing during our stay. Host was friendly and very responsive to any questions I had. Overall wonderful place to stay!

We initially booked Steven's place for it's proximity to the beach. However, the weather in San Diego during our April spring break trip was too cool for us to enjoy walking to the close inlet/bay nearby and the restaurants. Regardless, it was great to enjoy the other amenities like the firepit & patio furniture at night and taking the golf cart a short drive to Konito's Cafe for breakfast burritos (and grabbing Starbucks from inside the grocery store on the way back). The home was neat and as pictured. We only used one shower as the other had some residual sand inside, but this wasn't an issue for our family of 3. Overall, we loved the central location (15-20 minute drive to zoo, airport, La Jolla cove for sea lions, Belmont Park, etc.) and would definitely recommend. Easy to imagine appreciating the home even more in warmer months.

Adorable space, decorated nicely, great neighborhood, and responsive, great hosts. No real complaints, but I will say we read reviews before staying and did experience hearing the neighbors on the front side of the house very early during weekday mornings, probably getting ready for work. If you’re a light sleeper, this may be an issue for you. Otherwise, it’s a nice rental!

It was clean, beautiful, and as described. Walking distance to the surrounding was a plus, with a secure parking space to avoid downtown. They have clear instructions for directions and parking. The space was modern and simply elegant!

Nina has been a great host. My daughter and her friends stayed at place and they loved the place. If we get to San Diego again, we will come back to your place.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in San Diego! The location is perfect—right in downtown, close to Little Italy with so many great restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed watching planes take off and land, and the sunsets in the evening were beautiful. The marina is just a short walk away, making it easy to explore and enjoy the city. Garett was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting San Diego!

Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and spacious. Had a few nice touches like extra fans and bedding. Very centrally-located to everything we wanted to do, and a short walk from coffee shops and restaurants. It's a townhouse so you do share walls with neighbors who you can occasionally hear. But overall we loved staying here!

This townhome in north park is great! My husband and I were moving from out of state and came to look at apartments in the area. This townhome was such a perfect location for walking around north park, university heights, and hillcrest. The space was very clean and comfortable and it was a great place to relax after long days of looking at apartments

Great and clean place in a convenient location! Close to downtown and balboa park. We enjoyed watching the airplanes fly in, the noise was not a bother at all. We will definitely be back!

Mission Beach was a great destination for a long weekend, and the home was perfect. The owners were very responsive, offering lots of good local recommendations and communicating with us during our stay to ensure we had a great weekend.

We enjoyed our stay at Brian’s place. The house had everything you need. We had our 18 month old daughter with us and the rental has a pack n play that we used for her to sleep in. Everything worked fine and she slept good. The biggest sticking point was very strict check out time. We were loading the car and did check out 30 mins late (Everything takes longer with an 18 month old). Received multiple messages from the owner about leaving and checking out while we were loading the car.

A few friends and I stayed at the place for two nights. The Airbnb was wonderful, had everything we needed and even had a very nice backyard where we spent most of our time hanging out. Very walkable location, with even a coffee shop next door, great restaurants, breweries, and shops nearby. About a 10 min walk from downtown OB. Would highly recommend!

Brittany’s home is exactly as described and was perfect for our stay in San Diego. The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere. The interior was beautifully decorated and the shower was soooo luxurious! Brittany was extremely helpful and communicative. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again
