Holiday rentals with beach access in Modica

The place looked even better than the photos. It was spacious and spotless. Laura and Silvio were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Very walkable area. Silvio met us at check in and gave very clear instructions to find nearby parking (covered lot with hourly rate; €15/24° max). Would stay there again. Thanks Laura and Silvio!

Enza was a great host, she was so helpful, kind and responsive. The apartment was perfect and so close to everything but down a beautiful quiet street.

We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

We had an enjoyable stay in this roomy apartment. Communication with Emily was immediate, directions were clear and easy to follow, list of places to shop and eat was useful. Was given recommendation and contact for garage to park car, 20 euro per night.

If we ever find ourselves in Ortigia again (and I certainly hope we do) I know where we’re staying! Alessandra was a great host and her space is perfect for a couple.

This place was better than what we had asked for. Very spacious, extremely clean, walkable to all the amazing restaurants and farmers market. Francesco responded right away to any questions we had about the area. I can't wait to come back and stay in this location and beautifully clean home.

The apartment is just as described , we had a couple of problems Stefania and her husband took care of it very quickly to solve it , there is a place to park it is not a minor fact in Italy , the area is super quiet , for my taste a little far from the attractions

The best accommodation of our trip. Excellent location, walkable to everything. Apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything you would need and more. Lots of extras that others don’t provide. Maria was a very good host who helped us with restaurants, time tables even carrying our bags up the stairs. Overall I was very impressed.

Good location within walking distance to sites, shops and restaurants! Clean and modern. Nice view of marina from upstairs bedroom!! Marcello provided a great list of places to go to and see! Convenient parking nearby if you need it. When the construction out front ends, the walkway will be a welcome edition. Euros requested for the tourist tax so remember to have exact change.

Claudio and his lovely dog Mario welcomed us. The next morning, we received organic home-grown tomatoes and lemons. Always friendly and helpful. Both Claudio and little Mario have a warm, humorous and calm appearance. His garden is beautiful and well kept and our area was nicely shielded. Not far from the house, there is a beach where you can rent sunbeds and a beach restaurant that serves food and drinks. There were just the right number of people there and most of them were Italians. Recommended!😎

Nice and cosy apartment with a great rooftop. Watch out for the very steep stairs!

The villa is right on the beach, you can't get any closer to the sea, you open the back gate and here it is right in front of you - no crowds, just stretches of sand and crystal clear water. There were days we literally saw no other people. Pool area is brand new and again amazing, you can relax in no time. As for the villa itself all as per description, two separate entrances suited our party really well, upstairs apartment has the most beautiful sea view from the bedroom and amazing terrace. Downstairs apartment is also equally comfortable. What I really liked there was lots of stuff inside the house to make the stay most comfortable, sunscreen + insect repellent, board games, bluetooth speaker, spices and condiments in the kitchen. You need a car to get around as the area is remote and private which is only a plus for me. We wish to be back one day, highly recommend Viviana's place to reconnect with nature and have a proper rest.

Perfect house for 4 adults on vacation, new and very well maintained, very pleasant patio in the evening. Excellent location very close to the promenade and various services, Paolo is a very kind host and ready to assist us during a blackout

I highly recommend Carmelo's place. It is in an excellent location, has a comfortable space, and is steps from the water. The area is quieter at the end of the street, yet still close to everything. I would stay there again.

What a fantastic bnb in a great location Super sunny & bright. Spacious. Lovely view over the beach & water. Very comfortable. Solid A/C. & 1k to one of the best restaurants ever, Manna! Don’t miss this amazing dinner spot! Good deli & fruit stand near the other end of pier. Livia very helpful & responsive host. I’d come here again for sure!

We stayed at Elisa’s place for 3 days and were really happy there. The house is close to the sea (approx. 2 minutes down the road) and you can hear the waves at night. The interior was nicely designed, the kitchen well equipped. The direct neighbors were often gone during the day, so it wasn’t too loud. One must be aware that the walls are very thin, so you will probably hear the neighbors. If we ever come back to Sicily we would definitely stay with Elisa again - thank you very much.

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

Amazing air BnB - awesome roof terrace!

We are delighted with these three days spent in Syracuse with Fabio. The accommodation is extremely well located right next to Ortigia. We easily found a place to park. The accommodation is well equipped and very quiet. Fabio always available to answer our questions, I recommend.

This place is perfect, I extended my stay in ortigia and was devastated to leave. The place is beautiful, in a quiet less touristy part of town but still close to everything. Caroline went above and beyond to help ensure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable. I would stay here again and recommend folks to as well

Perfect Spot Close to the Beach and Town We had a lovely stay in Marina di Ragusa! The location is ideal — just a few steps from the beach, and everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, the marina, shops, and the town center. The apartment is well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our little one. It’s compact but very practical and cozy. Just a heads-up: the apartment is located right by the main promenade, so the area can be lively, especially in the evenings. If you enjoy being in the heart of the action, it’s perfect! We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it for a fun and convenient beach holiday.

The apartment is very spacious, with three bedrooms, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The absolute highlight is the spacious outdoor terrace with another kitchen, barbecue, outdoor shower and even a separate toilet. In addition, there is a second terrace at the entrance area, perfect to enjoy the sunset – which was particularly pleasant this time of year as it was not too hot. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Stefania welcomed us very warmly, was always available and always friendly and helpful. We felt completely comfortable and welcome at her place. We have taken many excursions and love to take long walks by the sea – we can especially recommend Donnalucata. Also the cities of Syracuse, Modica and Ragusa Ibla impressed us with their beauty and atmosphere. We sincerely thank Stefania♥️!
