Above all, it is a life and sharing project that materializes a vision of the future: a green building house, with energy autonomy, closed-loop water management and, all around, a permaculture vegetable garden. We are 5 minutes from the historic center of Scicli, 10 minutes from that of Modica and 15 minutes from the beautiful beach of Sampieri. We have two rooms available, the second is called the Ponente Room.

Iblachiara is a vacation home located in Ragusa Ibla, in Corso Mazzini, a connecting road between the historic center of Ragusa Superiore and the ancient city of Ibla (15-minute walk). The house, recently renovated, is on two levels consisting of: Living area with kitchen, fridge, oven, washing machine, 2-seater sofa bed and bathroom with shower. The house is located in a quiet part of Via Giovanni Aurispa, one of the streets parallel to the city's main thoroughfare, just a short walk from the center. It was renovated in 2016, the bathroom was completely redone and the furniture is also almost all new. The bedroom is on the upper floor while on the ground floor there is a kitchen/living room and bathroom.

Casa Gelsomino is nestled in the heart of Modica, famous for its chocolate manufacturing and listed among the UNESCO’s Heritage Sites since 2002. Named after the wonderful jasmine that overlooks the whole terrace, it is located in an aristocratic palace dating back to the 19th century close to the Dome of San Giorgio.
