Terrace, living room with sofa, open kitchen and dining table. Two bedrooms, one with a large bed (tatami with futon) and a wonderful view, the other smaller (tatami with futon) and a tall window. The house is in San Guglielmo behind Santa Maria la Nova Church, is the old part of town. Is a beautiful and quiet location. The house is made in a traditional way with wood and stone floor and thick walls, there is also a terrace in one side where is possible to have dinner or drinks looking at the Padre Pio square and enjoy the night breeze. Is possible to reach Scicli with a bus from Catania airport or Comiso, although having your own car to visit the neighboring area is recome

Cozy house with loft, 60 m from Corso Umberto, the main street of the historic centre from where you can walk the picturesque streets of the city of Modica, a UNESCO heritage site. The house is divided into two levels, the lower part consists of kitchen / living room, 1 double bedroom and bathroom .. on the mezzanine (it is an open area) there are 1 double bed and 1 single bed . The house has all the comforts (air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, fridge, etc.).
