Lovely, friendly hosts who are very helpful and do their best to accommodate your needs and made everything so easy. The property is great value for money. The property was clean and felt like a home away from home. The kitchen is great has everything you need to cook meals, washing machine room also next to the kitchen which is great. The property is 20 minutes drive from loads of great beaches. Lovely outdoor area to eat and relax. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderfully quiet place, Sweet people, fruit from the garden may pick, a delicious breakfast if you want and for us that was very useful and nice because we arrived very late and had not yet done any shopping. We loved this place!

We stayed in the farmhouse for the second half of our holiday in Sicily with our two dogs, and everyone had great time - the garden is huge and free to explore but safe. Also we could maneuver a longer car in the yard and park easily. The surroundings are quiet, the nightlife of the lido is not disturbing, the loudest are the birds and the nature around. The weather in mid-June was very sunny and ideal for going to the beach and day trips too, we also enjoyed just relaxing in the house and cooking simple meals (a dishwasher is a rare find here!). Not many mosquitoes. The ceiling fans create nice breeze and they are completely noiseless (not like some old ACs). We visited many baroque old towns (Ragusa Ibla, Noto, Scicli, Modica- wonderful sweets and chocolate from Bonajuto!) and hidden beauties like Punta Secca and Castello Donnafugata (dogs entered too without problem), and we also went on a trip to Etna from here. Elisabeth is a lovely host and her place is absolutely recommended!

Corrado was so nice and friendly, he was a gentle man. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was perfect. Pool was fabulous. Every recommendation Corrado gave us was superb from beaches to the unmissable Canyon, to restaurants to day trips. I would highly highly recommend this place and the wonderful Corrado

The villa is even better than pictured. The house was very clean & was decorated lovely inside. The outdoor areas & pools were gorgeous. Although we did find the pool got quite dirty over our weeks stay from bugs and debris, a pool cover might help with this. The hosts were incredibly helpful & were always on hand with fabulous recommendations for parking, restaurants etc. Definitely need a small car for the roads, especially the last one leading up to the villa. The only downside we did find was the rubbish disposal. We were reminded multiple times throughout the week to take all of our rubbish at the end of the stay to a local recycling centre. There are about 4 different recycling bins at the Villa so to have to take all of this in our small rental car to a recycling centre which is only open at certain times we found frustrating especially when paying a 150 euro cleaning fee. Apart from this the stay was pretty faultless and the villa & grounds were amazing.

One of the best rentals we’ve had. The outdoor space is exceptional with an amazing view of the sea. Chiara was a great host, very responsive and super helpful. I highly recommend, especially for a family with young kids like us.

We are a family of four and Salvatore’s place was incredibly accommodating with ample room for all of us. Each unit is its own stand alone villa, no worries about sharing walls with a neighbor. Bedroom was separate from living area, which was nice for the baby while he napped/ slept and the rest of us were still enjoying ourselves. Upon arrival, our room was not ready but that was okay. We were early and were able to make reservations and enjoy lunch first, which was superb! Not to mention convenient. The breakfast buffet was also very nice, large variety containing of fresh cut fruit, pastries, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fruit juice, tea and coffee. Private parking for guests was a plus considering we have a large SUV. Pool was very refreshing during the heat wave. Cabanas and lounge chairs made it very relaxing and welcoming. Grounds are beautiful and peaceful. It was exactly the right environment to recharge our batteries.

Stunningly beautiful house, gardens and pool. The house is one of a kind with large windows that keep it cool at night and beautiful countryside views in each direction. Rabbits in the garden at 5am were a little highlight. I can only recommend this house, we felt very at home there and used it as a base to explore the surrounding beaches and just lounge by the private pool in the afternoon. The host was friendly and helpful. I honestly cant confirm any of the small niggles I have read in some previous reviews at all - everything was great and we would stay there again.

A community eco-aware place, people sharing basically everything. Fantastic location. If you like something extraordinary and if you are willing to share, you won't be disappointed. Francesco is a friendly and an interesting person.

We had a lovely holiday here. The villa, pool and grounds were beautiful and in a stunning countryside location looking towards Noto. Sara and Corrado were friendly and excellent hosts. The newly refurbished large pool is wonderful. There are lots of places to visit within easy reach by car. We were lucky to be there for Noto’s famous flower festival.

Beautiful country house, very well equipped and excellent service. The environment is ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. A stone's throw from Vendicari beach, in a nature reserve. A few kilometers away is Noto, San Lorenzo beach and the Agua Beach and Marzamemi lido, so there is a great diversity of opportunities to get to know, rest and have fun.

We loved our stay at Silvia’s villa near Noto. It was a beautiful, spacious, well decorated villa with everything we needed. We loved the peaceful surroundings and great views over the olive orchards to the sea. We had a rental car so had access to surrounding towns and beaches. It was a wonderful family holiday for us and Corrado, Sara and Adriana looked after us very well and responded to our requests very promptly. Weather was also perfect end of May early June so a great time to visit. Thanks everyone for making our holiday so memorable! 😊

We loved our stay at Terra di Pace. Cozy rooms, beautiful, quiet, amazing breakfast. Our toddler loved the pool, the playground and the animals, and slept soundly 🙏🏻 the location is excellent if you have a car. We visited several towns. Would definitely come back!

Our stay at Marinella's place was great. We booked all 5 apartments and enjoyed the pool and the great view. To get to the villa and explore the surroundings you need a car. We enjoyed the time very much.

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. The setting is beautiful! I am currently missing waking up to my countryside and sea views, looking down the rosemary lined path to the glistening pool whilst drinking my coffee. Honestly the view is stunning and just what we were looking for. Cannot fault spot. The house was comfortable and clean with a great living area with comfy sofas and everything you need. We loved the fact that the bedrooms were two together on one side of the living area and two together on the other side. We were a large family group so this meant everyone had their own space. The double beds were very comfortable and every room had fans and aircon. Slight downside was that the twin bed mattresses were not very comfortable. Absolutely fine for children but if you’ve got adults in any of these rooms, not that great. We arrived late and finding it in the dark was hard! We did nearly give up at one point but if it had been daylight it would’ve been different.

We loved our stay at Giorgiopaolo's villa! Our hosts were helpful, gracious, and generous, often dropping by with gifts of almonds or olives that they produce, much appreciated! The villa itself is stunning and seems to have been recently remodeled in the last few years so it's very up to date. The pool is spectacular, we spent so much time there and under the lovely pergola. It's very easy to relax here! There's a great supermarket 10 minutes away and you're about 30 minutes away from many of the baroque towns in the area. All are worth a visit. We would gladly return.

It's as good if not better than it looks in the photos. Fantastic views, nice accommodation and very well managed by Vincenzo. Close enough to shops and restaurants, but in a quiet, rural location with great sea views. Highly recommended.

Great stay, responsive host and modern home, perfect for a trip with friends!

Excellent location for those who are looking for peace and quiet. Roberta is very friendly and makes you feel at home. We had our dog with us and she had a great time too cause the place has lots of space where to roam freely. Breakfast was very good too and we really liked the idea of using their own produce to make breakfast. Will visit again for sure 👌🏽

Our stay went wonderfully well. Our cottage was very convenient and very well-equipped, including laundry dryer and outdoor table. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the bar-restaurant on site for the evening. The whole team was absolutely lovely, not to mention the pleasant environment. We recommend 100%
