We really enjoyed our stay at Tuccia's place. The apartment is in a perfect location for enjoying the nearby beach and visiting the surrounding area. The two terraces are a great place to enjoy a dinner in the sun or simply lounge outside. The kitchen is equipped exceptionally well for its size and is really useful for making a dinner occasionally. Finally, Tuccia and her husband Angelo are the kindest hosts we've met and really make this place stand out. We can only recommend a stay here and will surely be back when we're in Sicily again!

I had a fantastic stay at the apartment in Santa Maria del Focallo. The hosts were absolutely lovely—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. They greeted us with ice cream, water, and even a bottle of champagne, which was such a warm and unexpected gesture. The apartment itself was very clean, well-maintained, and had a wonderful atmosphere that made us feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I’d love to come back in the future!

this airbnb and it's host are just A+. The place is beautiful, don't let the area or outside fool you. It's a safe area, close to everything that we wanted, free parking on the side of the building or at near by parking area. Parking was sometimes harder to find but always possible if you do couple of rounds around the block (one way round). Host was extremely nice and accommodating to our late check-in. I can't complain about anything. there's also sun umbrella available for you to take with if you go to a beach and it's great help which saved us from sun burn. if I was forced to find anything to say as improvement area, I would only say I missed a shower gel which is still not a big deal as we purchased on the day after. thank you for having us. ❤️

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this charming apartment in Syracuse. The location was perfect—just a short walk from Ortigia and all the main sights, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy bed. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in a breeze.

Andrea's home was great ! The apartment was very cute with two beautiful bedrooms with large french doors and two balconies overlooking the street below. The location was amazing and walkable to all coffee shops, restaurants, and historic Ortigia.

I stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. The place is comfortable, convenient, and very close to the beach. There are also lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which made daily life super easy. The host is incredibly kind and helpful, always quick to respond and ready to assist whenever I needed anything. Communication was smooth throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended 🥹🥹🫶🏼

chiara was very proactive with her communication, flexible with arrival and departure times, extremely responsive when we had questions, and went above and beyond with some minor problem-solving. the kitchen is very well-appointed with tons of snacks (including homemade tiramisu!) and cooking essentials, and the balcony has a breathtaking view of pantalica. note that you may have to share common areas with other guests if they book the other bedrooms in the unit. i would definitely recommend staying here when visiting sortino!

We were very satisfied very well throughout the stay. It was all very clean. Communication was smooth and very friendly. Eliana took great care of us. The apartment is super designed, with a lot of love for detail. We didn't miss anything. The beach is within walking distance of the beach. On the beach you can enjoy the Italian atmosphere. Lots of nice restaurants and very tasty ice cream. A supermarket can also be found nearby. A parking space for the car is in the courtyard, so you feel safe. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend this accommodation.

We had a great stay in this brand new and very well-equipped accommodation. Chiara is a great host, she welcomed us warmly and with some surprises in the fridge! She gave us good advice for visiting and tasting the gastronomy of the region. Everything was perfect, book without hesitation!

This spot is an absolute gem and is exactly as described. The house is comfortable and every detail and amenity has been carefully thought through. Chiara and Irene responded quickly to any enquiries before and during our stay, providing local tips - including the times of mass at the local church that can be seen and heard from the house. We were delighted with the beauty of Scicli; despite it's Baroque marvels, the town feels lived in, rather than a tourist hotspot. We found lovely restaurants and cafes in the squares and along the narrow streets. Parking was easy to navigate and within a couple of minutes walk from the property. We found hiring a car was a must, especially when visiting nearby beaches. We loved that a couple of beach chairs and a parasol were available in the property (all things thought of) to take with us. We would happily return to this house and Scicli again. A very special holiday.

A rare gem of house situated in a bucolic paradise. Paola is an outstanding host and her hospitality feels genuine. Just wish we had more time here.

Villa Vendicari is a slice of paradise in Sicily. The grounds are breathtaking. You are tucked away from any noise amongst gorgeous vegetation. The spaces are comfortable, beautiful, and thoughtfully laid out. The area had lots to explore in terms of walks, beaches, activities, and amazing food. We had THE BEST time and our only regret is we didn't book a longer stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We've been regularly visiting Sicily for many years, and this was by far the best Airbnb experience so far. Not only was the apartment spotless and equipped with everything and more a guest could ask for, but the hosts are just such lovely and respectful people. Receiving garden goods and fresh eggs for breakfast was an absolute unexpected delight. If you're looking for a genuine Airbnb experience in a perfect location by the sea, don't hesitate to visit this place!

Carmelo's space was a perfect quiet escape from the busy town right outside the door. It is the perfect location on Ortigia being so close to the only "beach" on the island, and located on the main street that you can walk to get anywhere! This was my first time visiting and I only needed a map once- the location makes it seamless to go explore and easily recognize your way back. You'll feel like a local stepping off the hot beautiful street and directly into this cool quiet apartment. Carmelo was very responsive for any questions I had and was very helpful during my stay. The apartment itself is thoughtfully designed and perfect for my 1 week stay.

Filippo is a great host. The home is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. He gave us many local recommendations. We loved staying here and hope to come again one day.

Nicita provided a really lovely comfortable stay for all three of us. The house was exceptionally clean and the kindness and thoughtfulness providing vegan food made it a very easy for the beginning for holiday. The location was quiet with a small amount of noise from traffic. It was perfectly located for accessing the older Ragusa Ibla. Thank you for our lovely holiday and your attention to our needs

Handy spot that was perfect for what we needed.

Staying in Nicita and Donatella's apartment is like staying at home in Dubrovnik. The apartment, which is located in an old building, has been completely renovated and offers a simple and welcoming environment but with the taste of ancient things. The kitchen, despite being small, is very nice and bright and well equipped. The room is very spacious with a very comfortable bed (mattress with topper) and the bathroom has a spectacular shower. We really appreciated the welcome of Nicita and Donatella who made us find pastry sweets when we arrived and who took a lot to do to provide us with useful tips for our stay (unfortunately short). We were easily able to walk to Ragusa Ibla even at night (we are good walkers) and with the car we were able to quickly reach cities such as Modica, Palazzolo Acreide, Ortigia and the beautiful sea of a natural reserve.
