Spencer’s place looked like the photos and had everything I needed for a few days of working from home! The kitchen is stocked with whatever you might need to cook a meal. Comfortable furniture and nice shower. The neighborhood is nice and safe to walk around, close to a few different coffee and restaurant spots. Would return!

This is by far one of my favorite stays. I felt like I was staying in a friends guest house. Very clean and comfortable and the shower outside was a treat! I’m traveling for work and have long days. It was so nice to be able to relax in a place that felt like a home and not a sterile box. The neighborhood is very charming - safe and lots of parking too. Bay is fun to talk to and kind. I will most definitely be back.

I lived in LA 4 years. So needless to say that when I come back, I want to feel at home. Philipp’s place feels like a dream home you want to have when living in LA. Location is amazing, street is calm, it just feels right and I can’t wait to be back!

Jimmy’s place is charming and comfortable. It’s quiet even though it’s on a main street. It’s close to restaurants and a short short walk to the beach is amazing! Jimmy is also quick to accommodate for any questions I had, which was much appreciated. He made sure I successfully checked in. This property was our family's favourite in their entire trip to California. The place is exactly what it looks like. It's gorgeous, well-maintained and walking distance from the beach. It has plenty of amenities too. If you plan to cook your own food, you might have to drive a little or door dash your groceries. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is a great place for the single traveler. Just minutes from Venice Beach boardwalk and the Ocean. Only 1 avenue over on 4th. catch Big Blue Bus 18 to Santa Monica Metro, which connects you to all of LA, Hollywood, and even Universe Studios. The shower is absolutely AMAZING! Susan has provided lots of extra items to help you out with your stay. Several other buses connect you to Marina Del Rae, Lincoln Blvd., and Long Beach. Great place at a great value. The tv buffers a lot, not sure why? The Apple TV remote stated disconnect ,maybe written instructions could assist.

Great location with a nice cafe walking distance. Can be a bit tricky to park (look out for street sweeping days). The place was cosy and comfortable.

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

The apartment was clean and had a terrific view. We loved the neighborhood and walked by the ocean everyday.

Had a great week. Very secure and comfortable condo, with easy check-in, and great parking. Location is super convenient, especially if you have a car. Second time staying with this host, and hope to be back!

We cannot thank Caroline and Laurie enough! They have a beautiful property, but along with that, I ended up having to go to the ER for an emergency surgery, and they were so kind, patient, and helpful. The garden is absolutely beautiful!

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

Great place to rent, great host, very quiet and nice

I had a fantastic stay at Tianna's place. It was exactly like the pictures, right on the main street with easy access to public transport to Santa Monica beach. Parking space was a big bonus. Tianna was extremely friendly and responsive, and the house was fully stocked with anything you could need, from complementary drinks and coffee, to toiletries. 10/10 would recommend.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.
