Der Vierseithof besteht schon seit dem Jahre 1657, wurde mehrmals renoviert und befindet sich derzeit in gutem und sauberen Zustand (Stil: 70er Jahre), sehr historisch Er unterteilt sich in zwei Wohnhäuser mit jeweils eigenen Haustüren. Der erste Stock eines der Wohnhäuser wird für airbnb genutzt (135 m²). Kurtaxe ist bei der Gastgeberin zu bezahlen.

Es handelt sich um einen umgebauten Stadel in einem Bauernhof, welcher hauptsächlich für musikalische Zwecke genutzt wird. Neben einem großen Studio befinden sich hier 2 Gästezimmer, Bad, WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche/Aufenthaltsraum (Backrohr, Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine,, usw...).
