The building is three-storey with two terraces, a grill, a fireplace, a covered outdoor pool with a counter-current and an indoor wellness with a sauna and a hot tub. We rent the whole building. If you are traveling with small children, it is possible to rent a crib, high chair or bathtub.

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn.
