Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Idyllic lakeside

Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break. It is also a great starting point for excursions to the beautiful surroundings and interesting destinations. Even in autumn and winter! It's only a few minutes down the mountain to the lake. Here you can transfer to Meersburg by ferry - and the island of Mainau is also not far away. A beautiful long waterfront path or the free, direct bus (approx. 20 min.) leads to the old town.

Nature lovers and city enthusiasts' #1

ELW, about 20 square meters, in a quiet residential area, right by the forest and yet central. You will sleep on a 160 x 200 cm wide bed. Kitchenette with fridge, 2 hotplates and dining area as well as a private bathroom await you. Your friends or family members are welcome to rent the "Nature lovers and city lovers no. 2" apartment at the same time. Through a possibly open connecting passage, you can enjoy your vacation together and still have your own realm.

Small studio-apartment, new and charming

A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. Lake View

Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

Apartment in our charming Torkel building, which has just been extensively renovated. Bright, friendly and with a lot of heart. A well-maintained, covered loggia equipped with garden furniture is part of the apartment. Modern furnishings ensure comfort and coziness. A perfect blend of tradition and modernity. Centrally located, yet in a traffic-calmed area surrounded by nature. (Outdoor area is not yet finished)

Findling -with its own beach, directly on Bodensee

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.

Run to the lake in bathing suits in the morning and swim for a small round, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the terrace and then spend the day in the beach pool 2 minutes away. In the evening stroll into the beautiful old town of Überlingen and then end the evening on the terrace. Either way, it could look like a holiday in our holiday apartment on Lake Constance.

Die stilvoll eingerichtete, zentral gelegene Wohnung ist der ideale Startpunkt um die Konstanzer Altstadt, den Bodensee und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Direkt an der Fußgängerzone aber im hinteren Teil des Hauses, verhältnismäßig ruhig gelegen, lädt die Wohnung im zweiten Obergeschoss gleichzeitig dazu ein, sich in gemütlicher Atmosphäre zurückzuziehen und zu entspannen.

The property is in our backyard.
