Unsere gemütliche Wohnung ist ideal für 1 - 3 Gäste, die sich eine erholsame Auszeit ausserhalb der hektischen Stadt wünschen. Ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Rad oder zu Fuss in die wunderschöne Umgebung und zu interessanten Zielen. Zum See sind es nur ein paar Minuten den Berg hinunter. Hier könnt Ihr mit der Fähre nach Meersburg übersetzen - und auch die Insel Mainau ist nicht weit. In die Altstadt führt ein schöner langer Uferweg oder der kostenlose, direkte Bus (ca. 20 min.).

Holiday Appartement Rüland

Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, just 200 m from the swimming area on the lake. With a beautiful view of the Schlosspark, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in Baden-Württemberg (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open all year round from 6 am to 10 pm.

Engelsstube Apartment with Lake Constance card

Welcome to the Engelsstube - which used to be the good parlor with a tiled stove. It is on the 2nd floor of the listed timber-framed house from the 16th century, which was lovingly restored and renovated in 2010. Directly on the village square in the Wollmatingen district, the city center and lake are easily accessible. Restaurants, bakery and supermarket right around the corner. Parking spot outside the house. Includes free use of public transport and other discounts with the Bodenseecard.

Nature lovers and city enthusiasts' #1

ELW, about 20 square meters, in a quiet residential area, right by the forest and yet central. You will sleep on a 160 x 200 cm wide bed. Kitchenette with fridge, 2 hotplates and dining area as well as a private bathroom await you. Your friends or family members are welcome to rent the "Nature lovers and city lovers no. 2" apartment at the same time. Through a possibly open connecting passage, you can enjoy your vacation together and still have your own realm.

Small studio-apartment, new and charming

A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

Maisonette-Wohnungen mit Loggia im charmanten, historischen Torkelgebäude, das gerade aufwändig kernsaniert wurde. Hell, freundlich und mit viel Herz ausgestattet. Eine gepflegte, überdachte Loggia ausgestattet mit Gartenmöbeln gehört zur Wohnung. Moderne Ausstattung sorgt für Komfort und Behaglichkeit. Eine perfekte Mischung aus Tradition und Moderne. Zentral und doch verkehrsberuhigt in der Natur gelegen. (Aussenanlage ist noch nicht fertig)

Oasis of tranquility near the lake... Captain's House

Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor, and has a beautiful wrap-around balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house is another apartment… Captains Suite.

Modern apartment (basement)

Modern furnished apartment with high-end amenities. Perfect location in heavenly tranquility, within walking distance of Hegne Monastery and the shores of Lake Constance. The city center of Constance can be reached in a few minutes by bus, train, bicycle or car. Wi-Fi, 50" TV, satellite TV, DVD player, modern bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine, huge feel-good bed, washing machine and dryer.

Enjoy the special flair in our small apartment "Zum Mauerwerk." Vacation, living or working on beautiful Lake Constance in listed walls and that in the oldest district of Constance - the Niederburg. The first-floor apartment is centrally located in the old town between the Rhine and the cathedral. Within walking distance you can reach all the sights, localities, cultural attractions, the Rhine and Lake Constance.

Die stilvoll eingerichtete, zentral gelegene Wohnung ist der ideale Startpunkt um die Konstanzer Altstadt, den Bodensee und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Direkt an der Fußgängerzone aber im hinteren Teil des Hauses, verhältnismäßig ruhig gelegen, lädt die Wohnung im zweiten Obergeschoss gleichzeitig dazu ein, sich in gemütlicher Atmosphäre zurückzuziehen und zu entspannen.
