Hiya, super happy to introduce you my cosy Studio: No Tv, but film projector available 🎥. This you can enjoy from bed. Here you can relax and enjoy the kitchen facilities. But be aware no dinning table. I’m sure you will enjoy your staying here for a short period, Coffee , Tee included Supermarket 7mins by walk Bus station 3mins by walk and so on you can reach easily the airport or the city centre. Stylish, renovated old apartment in the heart of Freising's old town, 5 min to the train station with bus connection to Munich Airport and S-Bahn/train connection to Munich city centre. The apartment is located in the middle of the old town in a barely busy alley with separate entrance. The apartment was renovated in 2018 with soundproof windows, new heating, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, two hotplates, coffee maker, kettle and cooking utensils.

The house itself is situated in an idyllic location in the countryside. Destinations such as the thermal spa Erding and Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

Quiet, bright apartment on the northern outskirts of the city

The apartment has its own entrance, The staircase leads to the anteroom with a wardrobe. In the first room there is a sofa with table, kitchenette and TV. An open passage leads to the bedroom with a wardrobe, bed 1.40 cm wide with a soft mattress (up to 70 kg) and a desk. Next to it is the sliding door to the shower with toilet.

The apartment is located in a commercial area. My neighbors are craft businesses. Therefore, it can occasionally be noisy from 7 am.
