The floor is oak wood, windows are triple-glazed and boasts underfloor heating. Very comfortable for two people. Accesible by evalator. Kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher, fridge, cutlery, coffee machine, jug, coffee, tea as well as oils and spices. Washing machine available (no dryer!)

We offer a spacious architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden in a hillside location. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps. Our house is allergy-friendly. The house offers: fully equipped open-space kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, etc. On the roof is a PV system with battery storage with which the energy supply of the house and the state-of-the-art air heat pump is climate-friendly and guaranteed around the clock!

Our apartment is conveniently located in southern Upper Bavaria in the district of Miesbach on an organic farm. The region has a lot to offer: mountains and numerous lakes, wonderful nature, but also architecturally interesting cities and buildings. All this is waiting for your outdoor adventures, discoveries and sightseeing. Free Wi-Fi is available, as is parking. A special highlight of the apartment is the sauna and hot tub in the garden. Our Shetland ponies also appreciate a visit.

Ist 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen und in 12 Minuten seid ihr am Marienplatz. Der Wohn-/ Schlafbereich ist mit einer großen Flügeltür von der kleinen Kochnische getrennt. Es befindet sich ein 140x200 großes Boxspringbett und ein Schlafcouch im Apartment. Abgerundet wird das mit einem großen Bad mit Whirlpool und eine große separate Glaswand-Dusche.

Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Schliersee Spitzingsee Wendelstein region/ apartment

The bright, modern attic apartment is located in Neuhaus am Schliersee with views of the surrounding mountains. From here you can start hiking with your backpack right away - the Josefstal waterfalls are just a 10-minute walk away. In winter, you can reach the Spitzingsee ski resort in 10-15 minutes by bus (stop 100 m) - or by your own car. (For electric cars: charging station available). We would like to rent the apartment only to families with max. 2 children or 2 adults.

Apartment "Heuberg" in the Inn Valley

1-room apartment on the first floor of an apartment building. It is great for active vacationers. Hikes and bike tours in the surrounding mountains can be started directly from the front door. An outdoor swimming pool is in the immediate vicinity. In winter, several ski and toboggan areas can be reached within about 20-40 minutes. It is conveniently located between Rosenheim and Kufstein and can be reached via the highway. Munich and Salzburg can be reached in about 1 hour.

Sure, the most beautiful thing we can offer you, we have received as a gift! White-blue skies, lush meadows, shady forests, high mountains and clear lakes. Pure nature! Simply fantastic.......... Whether to the Brecherspitze, to the Ankelalm, to the Bodenschneid, to Spitzingsee or to the Stockeralm, from our house you can walk to everything. Our house is also ideally located for skiers. In only about 10 minutes by car you can reach all the surrounding ski resorts.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
