Free parking in front of the house. 2 min to bakery, supermarket and park with playground. 2 min to the highway, and 25 min to the city center.

TV is obligatory and for the analog ones of you, a library is at your disposal.

There is also a cosy attic room as a living room (which can also be converted into a 3rd bedroom), a work loft, and a large cooking and dining area of 26 m² and a covered terrace with dining area, outdoor kitchen and barbecue.
