Shower and toilet are available on the 1st floor. A 2nd toilet is on the ground floor. The kitchen is on the ground floor as well as the living room with TV and access to the terrace to the garden. Free parking is available in front of the house. Subway reachable in about 9 minutes by foot. A feel-good place. Only the described spaces are offered, all the others.
