Within a few minutes' walk you can reach the main entrance to the trade fair, the subway station, a large shopping center and a nearby recreational area with a swimming lake. The bed can be used as a single bed (80 cm wide) or as a double bed (160 cm wide). Practical: compact kitchen available, Cooking yourself means saving. In the same house there is also a bakery with delicious breakfast, cakes and snacks. Underground parking space can be booked optionally.

Guest house in "Historical Hammerschmiede Grafing"

The detached guest house is located in the rear part of the historic property Hammerschmiede Grafing (built in 1664), located on the Urtel stream. Far away from road traffic, bordering on wide meadows and yet only 1 km to the bustling market square. Supermarket, bakery, organic market - all within walking distance 12 minutes by train from Grafing train station to Munich East train station. And the S-Bahn to Munich from Grafing city. A good place to work, relax, go on trips to the mountains, trade fair...

Quiet designer loft in Nussdorf in the middle of the forest

The designer loft apartment consists of a spacious room with a large sofa bed (for permanent sleepers) and TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a modern bathroom for exclusive use. The house is quietly located in the middle of the forest on a clearing. Parking right outside the door. A place to relax and recharge. The bakery and local restaurants are within walking distance. Swimming lakes (Chiemsee, etc.), bike tours (BikePark Samerberg) and the mountains are right outside the door.

Atelier

A studio that is a kind of extension to the house. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-meter-high room with wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place on a gallery. With a wing and garden square, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The S-Bahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good place to accommodate children. Adults only, so to speak.

Feel like being at home

It features 3 bedrooms, a spacious eat-in kitchen with a sofa, a small bathroom, and a view of the greenery. There is one parking space right outside the door (with additional parking available on the street). Close to the S-Bahn: just approx. 22 minutes to Munich (Marienplatz) or approx. 30 minutes to Oktoberfest (Hackerbrücke), or a 15-minute drive to the trade. Next to our house on the edge of the forest is this very quiet, separate granny apartment with 2 rooms, modern kitchen and bathroom, with approx. 55 square meters. The unique, idyllic garden, which our guests can enjoy from their own terrace, is spacious and south-facing. Lake Starnberg is just a few minutes away by bike. Hiking, swimming, walking, cycling – Berg is the ideal place for varied vacations in the foothills of the Alps.

Separate apartment in the south of Munich

The apartment (45 m^2) is located in a separate, ground floor annex in the garden of the main house and has its own access. It is located in the quiet district of Buchenhain in the municipality of Baierbrunn. From here you can quickly get to Munich City or the Alps. The self-contained appartement is located in the calm district Buchenhain of the community of Baierbrunn some kilometers south of Munich.

The "Waldhäusl"

Our "Waldhäusl" is a new building on a double garage and thus an independent cottage with its own entrance. In June 2024, it was largely newly furnished again. The bus stop to Andechs and Starnberg is only 100 m away. By car, it is 15 minutes to See train station and Starnberg lake promenade. By S-Bahn train, you are in 35 minutes at the central station in Munich.
