Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Munich

We stayed there for 2 nights with toddler and it was great. Super nice apartment, everything very new, plenty of space to play and everything was really thought of: high chair, fall-out protection at the stairs to the bed, dishes and toys for the child... And we adults also enjoyed the beautiful amenities and the "cinema" (projector + screen) in the evening. Everything is really wonderful. The communication with Alina and Carola was also super pleasant and straightforward. If we are close again, we will definitely be back!

Upon check-in, they request that you pick up the keys in a place quite far away; the round trip is not 12 minutes as they indicate; it takes about 1 hour, leaving aside the associated cost such as uber or taxi. It's a real hassle to remove the keys so far away, they should consider a more friendly method.

We felt very comfortable as a small family! Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Apartment is well-equipped and also suitable for babies (baby bed, changing area, etc.). Endless excursion options.

We felt right at home. The apartment is fantastic, spacious, flooded with light and with a very peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. We felt really comfortable, also thanks to the superbly equipped kitchen with the Belleza portafilter machine. Thank you for the appreciative communication, the loving details in the apartment, which make it just really cozy and the many recommendations for excursions in the area, which inspired us very much! Highly recommend!!!! Great place for family. Host is a very nice and helpful person. Apartment was specifically kids friendly will games, high chair , cot and all electric sockets with child lock etc. Location has great connectivity. Apartment was exactly as described.

Anton is very professional. On the day we arrived, we arrived a little late because of some traffic jams on the road. As soon as we turned into the intersection, we found that Anton had been standing at the entrance waiting for us, and carefully guided us to park the car throughout the process, and instructed us to use the equipment in the house. During our stay, we had some questions, and his response was also very timely, and he solved the problem very quickly.The house is very clean, only a 10-minute walk from Zugspitze cable car station, highly recommended.

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

We stayed with a group of friends for a few days – and it was just great! The entire house was very clean, lovingly decorated and has a very special atmosphere with its unique wooden flair. The location directly on the water is fantastic and offers many opportunities for activities and excursions. A real highlight was the stiltsauna – an experience we will not soon forget! The host Michael was super friendly, very helpful and communication in advance as well as on site went absolutely smoothly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Michael and Lena were very nice hosts with a great house in a great location. Everything was as in the photos, we felt right at home there. The cats were great, very affectionate and sweet, we missed them after the vacation! You can do a lot in the area: cycling, hiking, swimming, SUP,UP,...We would definitely come back.

A wonderful stay! The room and kitchenware were all brand new, clean, and well-equipped. You can enjoy beautiful views right from the house, which made the experience so relaxing. Highly recommended!

Wesley was a great host! We were provided with food and drink on the first day. Although I overlooked that he also lives there, everything worked out. Super quiet, nice, great conversations (English skills would be an advantage). He offered us food and drink every day. Really great. Although we were in the attic, the temperature was bearable. There is plenty of parking in front of the door. Very quiet and pleasant. Thank you for letting us stay with you on very short notice

Great hosts! We arrived to get the keys and were treated to beer and food in the refrigerator. The space was great for our purpose with easy access to buses and trains to Octoberfest and Bayern Munich. The space was as promised and they were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a base for exploring the area!!!
