Holiday rentals with a patio in Nashville

Beautiful place, exceptionally clean, owner is an excellent communicater, and we had everything we needed, and more! Loved our stay there!

I had an amazing experience staying with Collin! He was incredibly accommodating, gracious, and kind throughout the entire process. His patience and responsiveness made everything smooth and stress-free. On top of that, he was extremely convenient to work with, always finding a way to make things easier for me. I truly appreciated his professionalism and warmth-highly recommend! Right next to margaritaville, across the street from parlor doughnuts, and walking distance to broadway! Couldn’t ask for anything more easier!

My friends and I had a great time at this Airbnb. The BEST thing about this spot is the location. Super walkable to heart of Broadway, shopping, restaurants. You don’t need a car if you stay here. It’s a lot of folks staying in this building so around check out time the elevators can be slow. If you’re not carrying stuff you can easily take the stairs. We had 3 people each person has their own bed! The fridge has an ice maker! Parking a car is extra fee so consider that in your budget. I’ll DEFINITELY stay here again when I’m back to Nashville 🙌🏾

We so enjoyed Joseph’s place. We stayed one night to celebrate our daughter’s 16th birthday. She had a wonderful time at the pool and loved being able to walk to Broadway for dinner. It is a beautiful apartment and they were always quick to respond! We will stay here again!

Airbnbs were limited with it being CMAFest, but we got lucky securing this spot. The location was great! Easy to get in, super clean and fun decor. Perfect for our girls trip reunion and we felt very safe here. Had a blast and would definitely rebook again! Thanks for the hospitality!

If you’re heading to Nashville, esp. for the bars on Broadway, you wont find a better location or condo. Just a five minute walk to broadway, tons of restaurants in walking distance, as well as the Country Music Hall of Fame. The condo itself is very clean and comfortable. Fun decor and one of the largest units in the building. No street noise because you are courtyard side and never heard anyone past quiet hours even though we saw lots of party groups staying there. Jessica & Josh were super helpful and responsive. The complex itself was good - Jessica & Josh sent plenty of info ahead of time that made getting in and around easy. I recommend this condo to anyone heading to Nashville!

The condo was exactly as it was described. Very light and spacious. Walkable to Broadway, the Gulch, and easy Uber/Lyft to and from the other locations around town. Very comfortable beds. The bathrooms and the kitchen were well stocked with everything one could need for a few-night stay. What wasn't there, they kindly provided. They were very responsive to everything we needed. We had a few issues, and they were resolved quickly. Highly recommend this unit and will stay again if I return to Nashville for a visit. Thank you, Julia and Andrew.

Absolutely incredible stay! The location couldn't be more perfect - just minutes from everything we wanted to explore. The house itself was truly amazing: so welcoming, immaculately clean, and incredibly inviting. We slept wonderfully and already miss it! Chase was an outstanding host, super responsive and helpful. We can't wait to stay here again!

Perfect place in a prime location for our stay! Beautifully decorated and designed!

We stayed at this beautiful waterfront property for a family getaway for our family and our parents 50th wedding anniversary. The location was so peaceful and the home was absolutely immaculate. Every amenity we could have needed was available and Jessica was the most gracious and responsive host. We cannot not wait to return again for an extended weekend and have already looked at the calendar for future dates.

The home was very cozy and nicely decorated. Easily accommodated the 6 adults staying in the house. Easy access to entertainment and restaurants. Would definitely recommend the place to friends.

We had a wonderful stay at Kari's place! Everything was just as described-clean, cozy and thoughtfully arranged. The location was perfect-close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, clean and comfortable place to stay.

This place is magnificent. It is definitely a friendly party-house. The rooms are comfortable however, if you are not comfortable with stairs, this is not your place. The rooftop patio was awesome and the living room sofa was comfortable. The transformer table was very impressive for our sitdown family dinner for our last night. My friend said the middle floor shower had the best water pressure however, I thought mine was just fine. This house is perfect for a long weekend. There is a ground floor bedroom that has two or three steps to get to. There is one bedroom on the kitchen/living area level and another two bedrooms on the floor above this. The rooftop patio is another flight of stairs on top of that. Something that might be helpful is a label for the washer and dryer. My friend had never used an up/down and was trying to wash her clothes in the dryer. Luckily I came to add my clothing in and switched. But it was hard to distinguish which was which. Marvelous place. We loved it!

Patrick's place was perfect for our adult group of seven. The home was spacious and comfortable for our family get together. It was quick and easy to Uber to downtown Nashville, too. We enjoyed our time together and would definitely stay here again.

Great Airbnb and probably the cleanest one I have ever been to! Courtney had really thought of everything from the decor to the tripod to take group photos. She was very responsive and I would highly recommend her place for your next girls trip to Nashville. Also the beds were extremely comfortable and there is lots of left over bachelorette decorations/props for the next guest to use. Enjoy! Cheers

We had an amazing time! the keypad entry made getting in really easy. The room was really clean and fit the four of us very comfortably. It had everything we could have wanted. We ended up unknowingly visiting during CMA's which made getting an uber/lyft impossible Saturday night but the room was luckily a safe and walkable distance from Broadway! 10/10 recommend

Is there a way to give 6 out of 5? David was above and beyond. So responsive and helpful! The zen studio is better than the pictures even! It was perfect for my fiancé and I! Walkable to broadway and many other areas. Cute little balcony and he’s literally thought of everything! The coffee options, the hair dryer, fans, noise machines, you name it! Oh and the mirrors….. perfect for getting ready! The bed was super comfortable, we slept well. There is a fire station right there, but we had no issues with noise levels at all, he’s done everything he can to mask the sirens and they didn’t bother us one bit! If you’re coming to Nashville, stay with David! I promise it will enhance your visit to the city! We will for sure be back and will stay with David again!

Our stay was amazing! It was Super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a perfect location. It felt like a home away from home. My kids loved it so much—they’re already asking when we can go back! The host was friendly and responsive, and every detail was just right. Highly recommend everything is as pictured. It’s such cute condo! We’d absolutely stay here again!

A well maintained condo with nice amenities, in a safe area and so walkable to downtown! Rindi, our host, was VERY responsive and professional.

The Airbnb looked just like the pictures and was very close to broadway about a 10 min walk. Yvonne was very responsive and tentative to us and I highly recommend.
