You will have a separate entrance, kitchenette, private patio, and private bathroom. Exactly 6.3 miles from the convention center. We are in walking distance to the trolly and bus! It’s perfect place to stay if your in town for a convention, Comi Con, want to head to a concert at Chula Vista Amphitheater (10miles), or just vacationing in San Diego.

Experience a beach getaway in our bright and stylish renovated cottage-style studio near Downtown San Diego. Our home is situated behind an iconic Craftsman home and features an open floor plan, beamed ceilings, queen size bed with a custom surfboard headboard, and a backyard patio with 2 lounge areas to enjoy some drinks. We are centrally located 1 block away from the freeway and the Naval base and 10 minutes away from the local sunny San Diego scene - breweries, restaurants, and attractions.

Basic 1 bedroom apartment. On alley (It is so noisy at night , please beware= dogs bark and whine, illegal fireworks sometimes, it's by two fire stations, buses & cars w/loud mufflers/bustle of city type living). Street parking at night you might have to park around the corner or down the block. No AC but we have fans. Great place to stay the night while touring SD ! We are 13 blocks from Petco Park, home of the SD Padres. Best for someone sightseeing, not resort style place to lounge:)

Recently renovated, it feels fresh and modern. The freeway is easily accessible, and downtown is about 15 minutes away. Occasionally, landscaping projects are underway, but we plan around guests or notify you in advance.
