I enjoyed my stay with Lenda, her daughter and her lovely animals. I was able to check in and out flexibly, which was very advantageous for me, as I arrived early and departed late. Lenda was always available and approachable when I needed something or had a question. I had the opportunity to use a bike and got to the stand and the Oceanografic (City of Arts & Sciences) quickly and easily. Lenda is a very sweet and nice hostess and I can only highly recommend her!

Perfect location! Many bars around and the beach is close within everything! The only thing I can say is that the key to open the building door is wrong and you can be 5 minutes trying to get in, with the fear of te breaking and you stay outside but taking that out, Perfecto

We were basically very satisfied with the accommodation. The location is a bit impractical without a car and bicycles, but we rented bicycles, which is generally very possible in Valencia. With bicycles, it is about 15 minutes to the center and 10 minutes to the beach. However, the residents of the surrounding apartment sometimes act as if they do not want tourists with them. The accommodation is very clean and the landlord is friendly. Now to the things we imagined a little differently: unfortunately there was only one pot and one large and one very small pan, which was a bit impractical for cooking. We also thought from the pictures that the apartment had two rooms, but it's only one room.

I had the pleasure of staying in Jorge’s loft for two weeks. From the very beginning, Jorge and his wife were incredibly attentive and kind. They were always quick to respond to any question I had, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout my stay. The loft itself is calm, beautifully maintained, and absolutely spotless—it’s clear that great care goes into keeping the place in perfect condition. I slept very well every night, which says a lot about both the comfort of the space and the peacefulness of the area. The location is another major highlight: you’re just a short walk from the stunning Turia Park and also close to the beach, which makes it easy to enjoy both nature and city life. It truly felt like the perfect base for exploring Valencia while also having a tranquil place to unwind. Warm, responsive hosts + an ideal location + a clean and quiet space = the perfect stay.
