New central in-law unit

Enjoy the central location to the city center with good restaurants and the walking distance to the train station. The house has just been refurbished, including the granny flat. Energy is sustainably generated via photovoltaics and an air-source heat pump. We also live in the house and are happy to be available to you personally as a host. A children's travel crib is provided if needed. A kitchen is in the planning stage and therefore not yet available in the apartment. Our fridge and microwave can also be used.

Welcome to your temporary home! Our lovingly furnished apartment is located in Erkrath-Hochdahl near the S-Bahn station. In 15 minutes you are from here at Düsseldorf Central Station. 🛏️ What to expect: • 2 bedrooms with a 140 x 200 cm bed each and a smart TV with Netflix access (one TV is mobile and can be moved to other places) • Well-equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, coffee machine, etc. • Small living/dining area • Bathroom with shower, towels, hair dryer and emergency amenities

Carl-Kaiser-Loft II - Solingen, near Ddorf, Cologne

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Historic Breidenmühle

Welcome to Breidenmühle, a historic monument from 1544, idyllically located in the Ittertal Nature Reserve. Here you will experience tranquility and pure nature, ideal for relaxing, hiking and cycling. Despite the secluded location, you can walk to the city center of Haan in just 15 minutes. From there, you can quickly reach the metropolises of Düsseldorf and Cologne. Enjoy the unique atmosphere of this special place and find the ideal retreat to escape the ordinary.

Waldoase

A break in the countryside, that would be something! Then our cozy and quiet granny apartment/basement in the garden city of Haan is just right for you. The apartment is 67 square meters and comprises a spacious entrance area, an open kitchen, shower bath, living room with dining area and a bedroom. The apartment also has a separate terrace with a very nice view directly into the forest and into the quiet garden. If you're lucky, even deer will come by.

The apartment with private access and outdoor area has 130 m² on 2 floors, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with TV, separate dining room and washing machine in the guest toilet. You sleep in the middle of the quiet nature reserve of the Neander Valley. The surrounding cities can be reached in no time, by train or by car. Parking spaces and bicycle storage facilities are available on the secured property. The landlords live on the farm.

LUNA is special – it wonderfully combines a quiet location, directly on the local recreation area, a very good connection to the state capital and a cozy atmosphere for the discerning guest. With attention to detail and comfortably furnished, living in the apartment is both relaxing and enjoyable.

The apartment consists of a dining and living area with sofa bed (with continuous mattress) as well as a bedroom. -Smart TV and balcony. In the separate bedroom there is a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. There's also a large, light-colored desk there. The 5th person can also sleep there on the extra bed. The beds are already made and towels are available.

Walnut Tree Cottage was furnished in an English style with a lot of love for detail and decorated with antique furniture and wallpaper from the National Trust (England). The amenities are modern and high quality. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, and the highway can be reached in a few minutes. The train station, which is within walking distance, offers direct connections to Düsseldorf, Cologne and Wuppertal, among others.
