Furnished apartment, approx. 65 square meters, two-family house, 1st floor. Fitted kitchen, bathroom with window and bathtub/shower, living room, bedroom with 180 cm double bed for 2 people and sofa bed (140 cm) for an adult or 1-2 children. Shared use of the garden, washing machine/dryer in the basement, free parking, quiet residential area in D-Süd, connected to public transport: S-Bahn station Eller-Süd can be easily reached on foot or by bus (lines 723 /732). Accommodation for couples, business travelers and families

New central in-law unit

Enjoy the central location to the city center with good restaurants and the walking distance to the train station. The house has just been refurbished, including the granny flat. Energy is sustainably generated via photovoltaics and an air-source heat pump. We also live in the house and are happy to be available to you personally as a host. A children's travel crib is provided if needed. A kitchen is in the planning stage and therefore not yet available in the apartment. Our fridge and microwave can also be used.

Walnut Tree Cottage

Walnut Tree Cottage Apartment wurde 2023 fertig gestellt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail im englischen Stil eingerichtet. Die Räume sind mit z. T. antiken Möbeln und Tapeten des National Trust (England) aus 3 Jahrhunderten dekoriert. Die Ausstattung der Küche und des Bades ist modern und hochwertig. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, die Autobahn wird in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Der fußläufig gelegene Bahnhof bietet Direktverbindungen u. a. nach Düsseldorf, Köln und Wuppertal.

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Apartment, 25 m² with balcony on the 2nd floor, attic floor for non-smokers with private access via the staircase. Bathroom with shower. Coffee/tea kitchen and fridge A double bed 140cm wide. Bed linen is provided. The walk to the Hochdahl S-Bahn stop is about 12 minutes. From there, 12 minutes by S8 to Düsseldorf main station. Arrival and departure time will be clarified individually. Looking forward to welcoming nice and friendly guests. The apartment is unsuitable for parties.

Hier findest Du Ruhe und Erholung und hast es gleichzeitig nah zu den großen Städten. Du findest gute Anbindungen mit dem ÖPNV und kostenlose P+R Plätze in der Nähe. Mehrere Golfplätze liegen in der Nachbarschaft.

A break in the countryside, that would be something! Then our cozy and quiet granny apartment/basement in the garden city of Haan is just right for you. The apartment is 67 square meters and comprises a spacious entrance area, an open kitchen, shower bath, living room with dining area and a bedroom. The apartment also has a separate terrace with a very nice view directly into the forest and into the quiet garden. If you're lucky, even deer will come by.

Apartment in a beautiful residential area in W.-Vohwinkel

The apartment (40 square meters) is in a well-kept condition. We look forward to seeing you here in W.-Vohwinkel and hope that you have a pleasant stay. We have already prepared some things for your visit. For the first day you will find coffee, tea, water, spices, pasta, tomato sauce, etc. in the kitchen cupboard. If you have sunny weather, you are also welcome to have a barbecue on the terrace. A small charcoal grill and charcoal are available for you.

Nice apartment - central and quiet location

You will stay in the Vohwinkel district. The beautiful Art Nouveau house is very central and yet quietly located in a 30 km/h zone. The end stop of the suspension railway, the train station with S-Bahn and regional train connections are only a five or twelve-minute walk away. Shops, grocery stores and supermarkets (Kaufland, Lidl, Rewe, etc.) Pharmacies, ice cream parlors and restaurants are also within a radius of about three to ten minutes' walk.

Direct connection to Trade Fair via subway (12minutes) In order to protect our guests and ourselves as much as possible from Covid19, we will only accept bookings from vaccinated or recovered guests from 01 October. Quick tests are not sufficient.

Shipping Container In Horse Farm

Our mobile tiny house, based on a shipping container, was designed to offer top accommodation services while surrounded by nature and animals while being located just some minutes away from the city. Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.
