Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

Fantastic 2-room vacation room with private bathroom and chic outdoor kitchen on the guest terrace. Close to Rothsee & Brombachsee in the middle of the Franconian Lake District. Incl. chic sauna lodge with relaxation room on the former horse paddock (for a fee). Perfect for 2–3 people in a charming old farmhouse, about 10 minutes to the A9 and 25 minutes to the Nuremberg trade fair grounds. We ourselves also live here in this house, but we always strive for discretion and mutual respect for privacy ♥️

Tiny Anlautertal

Take a natural and minimalist break in the Tiny Anlautertal. In the idyllic Anlautertal, a side valley of the famous Altmühl Valley, you can enjoy the tranquility in the tiny house and outside. Upon entering, a pleasant scent of wood welcomes you. You sleep in a bunk bed with two windows, have a dining area for two people, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside the front door, you can perhaps hear and discover the kingfisher on the small terrace.

Maisonette apartment on the green, yet close to the city

The property is located in a beautiful and green environment in an apartment building. Four to five people can comfortably enjoy all the advantages of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Convenient location, quiet residential area, 50 m to the bus stop, 10 min to the S-Bahn stop on foot. Exhibition centre/city centre can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car or public transport. Right next door: butcher/inn, bakery, pizzeria, bank, pharmacy, Aldi, stationery/lottery.

Annex apartment, Brombachsee, Nuremberg City/Messe

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads to the granny apartment is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian Lake District are very close, as is the train, which gets to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Animals only on request.

Wellness chalet on 73 m² with its own wellness equipment. A Finnish sauna, hot tub and a crackling fireplace provide quiet, relaxing moments. Surrounded by natural, unique and high-quality furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen, everything has been thought of. Towels, bedding, bathrobes and slippers are already there. Outside, you can enjoy your first coffee or wine in the evening in comfort on the large balcony or terrace.

Spacious, modern and warm bedrooms with lots of wood, spacious, open kitchen with dining/living area with large terrace doors. A fireplace and two full, modern bathrooms complete the picture. Bike and hiking trails right by the house :-)

Quiet apartment in Freystadt with fully equipped kitchen with induction hob. Furnished balcony. Centrally located yet very close to nature. Good starting point for bike tours. Good parking at the house. 12 kilometers from the A 9 exit Allersberg. To Rothsee 12 Km RMD canal 4.5 Km Good shopping facilities 600 meters away (bakery, butcher, supermarkets). Very nice marketplace with good restaurants 500 meters away.

cosy cottage in franconia

The quiet cottage is on the edge of the woods near a residential estate. There are many leisure opportunities because the cottage is located between the "Altmühltal" and the "Fränkischen Seenland" so you can do many different trips. Because of the quiet and peaceful location of our cottage we decided not to install WiFi so our guest can take time out.

Our romantic gallery apartment is part of our farm, which is in an idyllic secluded location (with a neighboring farm next door) only 1.3 km from the north shore of Lake Großer Brombach (Allmannsdorf). The apartment has a cozy garden with a walnut tree, gazebo and barbecue.
