Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Nettuno

We stayed at Claudio's place for our final night in Rome, and it was the perfect way to end our trip. Claudio, was a responsive and thoughtful host, and what made this stay extra convenient was that his location was close to the airport, and he even offers transport to the airport, a huge plus when managing luggage and early flights. This place truly felt like home away from home. Claudio had thought of every little detail a traveller might forget, from make up remover to hair ties and clips. It was those small touches that really shows the care he puts into hosting. The place was clean, peaceful and well-equipped with snacks and coffee capsules. A short walk to the beach added a whole different, refreshing side of our Rome experience - calm, costal and relaxing. Highly recommend especially if you are flying in or out of Rome and want a quiet, well-prepared place to stay with a kind and attentive host.

Antonella is a wonderful host. Friendly, helpful and proactive. Checkin was easy and punctual considering it was Easter Sunday. Antonella managed to secure us a favorable rate for a car rental at Ciotti Car Rental and was instrumental in helping us print our tickets to local sites and offering advice on local attractions. This rental is exactly as pictured. Clean, quiet and has everything you need for your stay. The sun room is an added bonus which we used daily. The grounds are private, quiet and picturesque. We would definitely stay here again. This location is not really walkable as the local roads do not have a shoulder to walk on and traffic zooms by at very high speeds. If you are going to stay here I highly recommend a car rental. Overall our stay was absolutely fabulous thanks in a big part to a wonderful host.

The apartment Andrea offers is cozy, relaxing and in a very quiet and safe area. Andrea is very welcoming, allows you to use the fireplace and barbecue and is always available for clarification and advice. Beautiful experience.

Great place to stay in Anzio!

Frederica was super kind, bubbly, and helpful. The location of this Airbnb is unmatched. It is right across from the beach with amazing restaurants nearby, beautiful views, and privacy and security. We felt very safe and very comfortable here. Our only complaint is that the A/C and Wifi were a bit spotty and you have to pay a separate cash cleaning fee on top of the Airbnb price, but everything else was great. Definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful and very large villa, equipped with all comforts both in the interior spaces and in the pool area. We really appreciated Isa's willingness to extend the check-out time as she had no reservations for the same day. Highly recommended!

David couldn’t have been a better host, being very friendly and offering extra services that mad our stay comfortable. the place was very large, very clean and had everything you need. The Added touches give the place so much charm and we wish we stayed longer.

Mariella is really fantastic, she informed us right away as soon as we had a question, when we arrived we had cakes, the accommodation is good, very clean and well placed to go to the beach and restaurants. We went by train from Rome (except Friday, train strike), it is very easy and we finished our journey after the wonderful city of Rome in Nettuno. We just found the beach of Nettuno dirty (maybe in summer season it's cleaner)

Loved visiting Anzio and Nettuno and staying in Stefano’s place! Short walk to the beach and into town where there is the port, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, etc. Beaches are gorgeous and the cave/tunnels and ruins were an added adventure.

The accommodation is very nice and very spacious and well equipped for two people. The beach is just minutes to walk. Shopping and restaurants are also within walking distance (5-15 minutes). Andrea was very helpful and always quickly reachable. Everything was great.

All other reviewers are right. This is a great apartment, with great amenities, in a great location, with a great hostess. Extremely clean too! I think the apartment is better than the pictures. Thoughtful touches (ingredients for a pasta dinner! Shower gel.) The bed is VERY comfortable. Spacious shower - and washcloths were provided (rarity in Europe!) The free parking is a 1 minute walk and very convenient. Do visit the gelato place they recommend and the spaghetteria! Everything is close and convenient. I really enjoyed my stay here! Highly recommend!!!

This was a beautiful place to stay. The nicest we have ever stayed in Europe. The hosts were the most kind and gracious people. They feel like family now! We love them!

Giorgia was an excellent host. We were at the end of a 3 week Mediterranean cruise and she accommodated us by letting us check in early, recommending restaurants, grocery stores etc. But honestly the best thing about Mary's Place is the views, absolutely stunning. The apartment is super clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for a day trip to Ostia Antica, relaxing at the beach or just enjoying the town. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Giorgia for taking such good care of us. If you cannot relax and enjoy your time here, then you probably can't do it anywhere. Did I mention the views are stunning!!

If we could give more stars, we would! this was the most beautiful apartment and location, fairy tale surroundings and gorgeous gardens everywhere, church bells and a castle to explore. Walking distance to the metro. 4 amazing restaurants, bakery and gelato within mere steps from our door and a grocery store across the street. The apartment was very clean, beautifully furniahed and decorated, comfortable and self entry key access was easy. Frederika was extremely responsive, helpful and very nice. We would definitely stay again if in the area!!

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

The apartment is warmly and tastefully furnished, has a big bathroom and free parking on the premises. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, clearly showing that the host truly cares about the comfort of their guests. Everything you might need is available (coffie pads, mineral water, olive oil, a small basket with local cookies, crepers, candies, plenty of towels- high quality ). There is a small working place for laptops. But the most important thing for us was the exceptional cleanliness - everything was spotless, which made us feel immediately at ease. Communication with the host was very easy and clear; he was always responsive and helpful. I accidentally left my headphones behind (we were rushing to catch our flight), and the host reached out to let me know. He even helped arrange for them to be sent to my friend in Rome. I’m deeply grateful for his thoughtfulness and attention. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who values comfort, cleanliness, and a caring host!

Cristiano was an amazing communicator. He gave us thorough check in instructions and also tips for Rome. We stayed in 8 cities all throughout Italy and this was my favorite! So clean and cozy. I loved the bedding and cute kitchen. Cristiano left wine, biscuits, and tea for us!

Me and my daughters enjoyed our stay at Fabio‘s. The place was perfect cute very clean and most of all safe. The balcony was amazing. The views were spectacular. It was located right next to a gelato shop, which is a plus. I can’t say anything negative about this place. I would love to come back.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is spacious, beautifully designed, and has an amazing view of the sea. One of my favorite features was the large rooftop — it’s green, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
