Our lovingly renovated and very well-equipped 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor of the old paper mill from 1539 offers coziness and comfort. It is about 55 square meters in size and very comfortable for two, but two more people can be accommodated easily. There is also a yoga and exercise room (approx. 30 square meters) available for shared use, which invites you to practice yoga, meditate, train with a punching bag, and dance with a mirror and ballet barre. Use at your own risk; parents are liable for their children.

I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

Apartment is located on the second floor, in a listed townhouse . The apartment is furnished in retro design with many listed windows, ceilings, doors, walls... Close to outdoor and indoor swimming pool, park (green belt that goes around the old town) and of course the old town with shopping, cafes, bars, museums (medicine and museum for concrete art). Audi AG works for a short time. The guest is welcomed and guided, help possible at any time from neighboring rooms.

This small 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom, all handicapped-friendly and wheelchair accessible, is located in the Holledau. Animals and children run around on our farm. Otherwise, it is quite quiet due to the secluded location. The apartment has its own entrance and a small terrace with lots of greenery for walking. Pets are also welcome for an extra charge (€15.00). During the day you can leave the dogs in the guesthouse next door (register beforehand)

The light-filled apartment is located on the top floor of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2017 and, with its 100 m2, offers plenty of space to stay. You can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside on the large loggia. A washing machine and a dryer can be used in the basement.
