We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreational area "Franconian Lake District." If you like it quiet and yet want to reach the lake landscape quickly, you have come to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

Bushof - Life in the countryside

Spacious 2-room apartment with panoramic balcony on a remote farm with many animals. Additional rooms available (No. 2 and 3). Children up to 12 years are free - please do not enter! You can help with milking the 70 cows. There are horses for trail rides and riding lessons by arrangement/payment. Rustic pool with its own spring water. Breakfast ingredients are available - but you have to prepare it yourself. Ideal starting point for nature experiences, also interesting cities/museums/amusement park nearby.

Small wellness oasis with large garden!

In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Hiking, biking, climbing and culture in Franconia

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

Both lakes can be reached within 10–15 minutes by bike. Fully equipped kitchen. Local village shop within walking distance. Short distances to the A7 5 km / A6 9 km highways allow a comfortable journey and short travel time to Würzburg, Nuremberg, Ulm. A wooden house with new beds and mattresses is directly connected to the comfortable caravan with equipped kitchen, shower, toilet and another bedroom and dining area. Quiet and feel-good place in the forest paradise of Straßenhof

Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

Vacation home on the Bühnershof

Enjoy your vacation with friends or family at the Bühnershof in a quiet, idyllic village in the heart of Franconian Switzerland. Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

We warmly invite you to stay with us in the countryside. Here you can enjoy nature and peaceful surroundings to the fullest. Take relaxing trips to the vineyards or explore the nearby Steigerwald forest, and end the day in our spacious garden. Perfect for anyone who wants to escape the stress of everyday life and simply “do nothing – want nothing.”
