There is an opportunity for hunting and fishing. - outdoor kitchen with summer water in the tap and sleeping cabin - outdoor shower (summer water) is also mounted for short shower lengths as I do not have unlimited water there. - Mobile wifi with 50gb so not unlimited use

Both two and four-legged are welcome. Possibilities for bonfire with a lovely view. Short distance to Stiklestad, Verdal, Steinkjer and "The Golden Detour" in Inderøy. Good hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity, in addition to Volhaugen and Båbufjellet. Possible to use the barbecue hut in the woods by the farm. Golf opportunities in Steinkjer and Verdal.

The cabin was completed in August 2021 and is very modernly furnished with everything you need. The view of the World Heritage Vega and the sunsets in the sea is unbeatable. The cabin is located alone without neighbors and is a great starting point whether you just want to enjoy the silence, go for a walk on one of the many hiking trails on Leka, rent the host's boat or kayak or cycle a trip to see the famous Ørnerovet. There is also a spacious veranda downstairs with a small group of garden furniture. Fire pit for cozy evenings. No smoking. Pets allowed. Wood burning. Do not burn anything other than wood in the oven.

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
