Enjoy a fantastic view of the sea from this modern first-row summer house. Here, you will find a sauna, a large hot tub, the opportunity to stargaze from the wilderness bath or enjoy the flames from the bonfire. The house has a lovely kitchen and living room in one. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space. The house has a heat pump. There is also a large terrace that provides shelter and sun all day. The children will love the swing and sandbox.

Et lækkert nyere familievenligt helårssommerhus i skoven - 109 m2 + 45 m2 anneks, udendørs jacuzzi, boblebad og sauna. Der er terrasser rundt om huset, beachvolleybane og bålplads. Der er kort afstand til havet og 10 minutter til lækre strande i Øster Hurup og 5 minutter til indkøb. Huset har plads til 8-10 personer. Huset er udstyret med fiberbredbånd og wifi som dækker hele den 3000m2 store naturgrund. I juli og august er der indtjekning om lørdagen. Der kan i perioder være en del insekter.

Tæt på strand med havudsigt og vildmarksbad

Hyggeligt sommerhus med havudsigt og let adgang til fin børnevenlig bade og sandstrand. Huset ligger i et skønt naturområde med cykelsti til Fjellerup med fiskemand, caféer, vaffelbageri mm. Der er 1/2 times kørsel til Djurs Sommerland, Lubker Golfresort og Randers Regnskov. Huset er velindrettet med fibernet. På den store træterrasse er der rig mulighed for at nyde solen fra morgen til aften i loungesæt, solstole eller spisekrog. I haven er der vildmarksbad, trampolin og legehus.

I hjertet af Djursland holder prærievognen med højt til himlen og udsigt over steppen. Prærien er rolig og ligger i naturskønne omgivelser med skov i baghaven og en halv time til tre kyster samt skønne Molsbjerge m.m. Prærievognen rummer alt det en normal bolig indeholder bare i mindre skala. Hvis du/i ynder det, er der mulighed for sauna og vildmarksbad (tilkøbes) foruden en aften omkring bålet. Large holiday home in Bønnerup Strand by the sea, perfect for two or three families. Max 10 adults. With panoramic sauna and hot tub. Only a short walk to the cozy fishing harbor and marina and the beautiful sandy beach. In the village and at the harbor there are cozy cafes, restaurants and a fishmonger as well as shops. The street in front of the house is quiet and not very busy.
