The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. New apartment on the west beach

Hello, we are offering a new apartment near the beach for rent. It is brand new (built in 2017), walk to the beach in 4 min, walk 5 minutes into town. The apartment is separate from the house and very private. The apartment is small but nice. We look forward to hearing from you!Very suitable for 1 to 2 people. With child, the apartment is unfortunately not suitable,because it is a one-room apartment and is too small for cot, etc.!! I'm very sorry but since I have kids myself I speak from experience

Idyllic, quiet and rural, our farm is in a wonderful secluded location in beautiful Friesland. The apartment for 2 people is located on the upper floor of the house with direct access to the horse stable. The North Sea is only a few kilometers away and can be reached via beautiful bike paths. If you want to bring your horse, this is also a possibility. A riding arena and an indoor riding arena are available. On the farm there are horses, cows, 2 dogs, chickens, geese and 2 people :)

Das Haus hat eine zentrale Lage im Herzen der Insel Norderney. 600 Meter vom Strand entfernt und nur 300 Meter vom Kurplatz befindet sich das Inselhuus Felimar in der Gartenstraße 56. Die zentrale Lage macht die Ferienwohnung zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt sowohl für Einkaufsbummel als auch für ausgedehnte Strandspaziergänge.

The center of Norderney with the conversation house, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is within walking distance. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
