Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

East Friesenhaus Teetje is located directly on the East Frisian North Sea coast and has a good starting point to explore East Frisia and the offshore islands. The large garden and the proximity to the natural beach invite you to relax. The renovated house has a total of eight beds and, with the large kitchen-living room with wide views of nature, offers enough space for a great holiday with family or friends. Enjoy your holiday in the fully equipped holiday home!

Die im Erdgeschoss liegende 2 Raum Ferienwohnung Lachmöwe by DeJu in Norderney ist ca. 43 qm groß, verfügt über eine private Terrasse (ca. 10 qm) und liegt direkt am Weststrand. Sie zeichnet sich durch eine sehr zentrale Lage aus. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 240 m. Zum Kurplatz mit dem angrenzenden Badehaus sind es ca. 350 m. Bis 4 Personen geeignet und buchbar (bitte Hinweis dazu beachten). Sie wurde Anfang 2025 vollumfänglich renoviert.

Within walking distance are shops, small shops, restaurants, doctors, pharmacy and a bicycle rental in the village of Hage.

Die Wohnung hat eine Wohnfläche von 78 Quadratmetern. Der Ortskern/ Kurplatz ist fußläufig in etwa 2 Minuten erreichbar, Strand in 5 - 7 Minuten. Ebenfalls sind ein Lebensmittelmarkt und das Thalasso-Zentrum in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt am Haus, je nach Verfügbarkeit.

Just 4 km from Greetsiel, you can relax on your own lawn, ride a bike and explore the sights of East Frisia. 6 horses, 3 cats and 2 dogs live here and you can bring your dog too. The garden of your apartment is secured with a picket fence.
