In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Unsere Ferienwohnung mit großer Dachterrasse liegt am Stadtrand von Norden mit herrlichem Ausblick auf weites Land. Das Meer ist nur wenige Minuten per Auto entfernt. Ein Ausflug zu verschiedenen Nordseeinseln lohnt sich immer. Im Winter kannst du den Sonnen- untergang direkt von deiner Wohnung aus genießen. Herrlich!

Der Schuppen XIII ist genau das Richtige für Paare oder Familien mit Kindern und Hund, die gerne in der Sonne frühstücken. Das Schlafzimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche & der Wohnbereich mit offener, kleiner & sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche sind sehr praktisch aufgeteilt. Die erhöhte Terrasse ist nach Nordosten ausgerichtet & durch einen Strandkorb & die Glasbedachung vor Regen geschützt & sehr gemütlich. Die Wohnung ist ca 35 qm groß, wirkt aber durch die zusätzliche ca 12 qm Terrasse viel großzügiger.

Sie zeichnet sich durch eine sehr zentrale Lage aus. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 240 m. Zum Kurplatz mit dem angrenzenden Badehaus sind es ca. 350 m. Bis 4 Personen geeignet und buchbar (bitte Hinweis dazu beachten). Sie wurde Anfang 2025 vollumfänglich renoviert. Glasfaseranschluss.

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
