Charming attic apartment, close to the city center

Eine kleine (45m2), charmante und zentral gelegene Dachgeschosswohnung im leipziger Osten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nette Cafes, Kneipen und Parks sind direkt um die Ecke. Man kann hier gemütlich zu zweit residieren, aber im Zweifel auch das Sofa (110x200cm) und eine Matratze ausklappen (80x200cm). Ein kleiner Geschirrspüler ist auch in der Küche, also keinen Stress mit Abwasch. Es gibt in Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer Außenrollos, ist dann stockfinster zum Schlafen. Im Zweifel fragt einfach an :)

On the third floor you have a lot of light all day and the balcony invites you to relax. For allergy sufferers: we have a dog who does not shed.
