It is located in the trendy Gostenhof district with many cafés, bars and restaurants. The neighborhood is colorful, cosmopolitan and multicultural. The apartment is suitable for business travelers, but also for solo travelers and couples. Despite its central location, the apartment is quiet.

It doesn’t get any more central than this. Location You’ll be staying right in Nuremberg’s Old Town. Kaiserburg, Hauptmarkt, Felsengänge & restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. In winter: the Christkindlesmarkt is practically around the corner.

1 Zimmer 20 m2 Souterrain Apartment

Central, small basement apartment with separate entrance. 120 x 200 bed, suitable for one (1) person only. Self check-in via a lockbox (code on the day of arrival) Netflix and DAZN are available. The accommodation has a very weak internet connection, so it is not suitable for working from home. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchen. In addition, the bathroom was recently renovated and has a shower, a sink and a toilet. Bed linens, shower towel and hand towel are provided.

Beautiful, bright and high-quality flat (115m²) on the second floor including balcony (10m²) and elevator. 1 large box spring bed 200x200, sofa bed with spring core extendable 170x200 and a chaise longue. Bathroom with 1mx1m shower. Washbasin, WC, urinal Right in the heart of Nuremberg just in the middle of the old town with a beautiful view across the fountain "Ehekarusell" and the tower "Weißer Turm". Subway station only 50 meters away, perfect to explore Nuremberg.

Welcome to the lovingly and comfortably furnished apartment. It is very centrally located and offers views of Nuremberg's historic city wall. Subway station and tram stop are in the immediate vicinity (main station 2min, airport 12min). The square of the famous Christkindlesmarkt can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, the local recreation area Wöhrder See in about 15 minutes. Many attractive pubs and bars are just a short distance from the apartment.

The lovingly furnished, newly designed and very well-equipped apartment is located in a building, that is separated from the main house. You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirt of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / subway) you can get to the main railway station in 25 minutes without any stress. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes.

The very bright and newly furnished apartment is located in the heart of Nuremberg. There are restaurants, pubs and stores for everyday needs in the area. The important hotspots such as the pedestrian zone, National Museum or Lorenzkirche are also within walking distance. The subway stop is a 4-minute walk and Nuremberg Central Station is a 13-minute walk. Nuremberg Airport is 17 minutes by subway and the exhibition center is 12 minutes away.

The trade fair and the airport are about 20 minutes away. This is a private room in a very centrally located apartment with shopping, many restaurants and pubs nearby. The Christmas market and many other sights are just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. The Sebalder Höfe parking garage is 300 meters away. Good connection to the three U-Bahn lines. The apartment is available to you alone as I am currently abroad.
