The first-floor apartment has a view of the natural garden with fruit tree meadow from two terraces. Our small village is located in a charming landscape with cycling and hiking trails. 5 residents help with tips in six languages. Two swimming lakes are 10 km away. Limited shopping in the valley itself. In Hersbruck and Altdorf there are supermarkets and organic shops. 30 minutes by car, by train in 15 minutes from Hersbruck to Nuremberg. We keep bees and an old breed of sheep.

Tanzenhaid Forest Estate Mansion

The Forstgut Tanzenhaid in Middle Franconia is a private property. In the middle of the beautiful forest and pond landscape of Tanzenhaid lies the manor house built in 1725. This was completely renovated in 2023 and furnished according to the latest standards as a vacation home with a lot of style and attention to detail. It can be reached via private forest paths and offers our guests peace and quiet and the experience of idyllic nature with forest, water and meadows.

Dear guests, Look forward to a special place to stay. You are guests in the oldest residential building in Nuremberg. Through a separate entrance you enter a lovingly and modernly furnished studio and enjoy your stay within the 500-year-old walls in the historic heart of the old town like Albrecht Dürer once did. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars, sights, museums and shopping of all kinds, you will find peace and quiet in your apartment right on the river.

Beautiful furnished 3-room condominium

Centrally located place. You are in Nuremberg/Fürth/Erlangen in no time. The U-Bahn [subway] is 200 m away. The apartment is fully furnished and has 2 bedrooms. You can watch TV in the living room (projector) and bedroom (TV). Wi-Fi is available 🙂 Since I live in the apartment myself, private items are available in the rooms (cabinets, drawers, walls, etc.). I'll provide a few drawers/compartments + half of the fridge - I hope you understand 🤞🏽☺️

Your time off: short trip to the countryside, weekend house

Whether for a weekend or the whole week: Here you can escape and unwind from city life. In the garden you can fully relax, linger and enjoy: There is a sauna for the winter and a heated pool in the summer (23 degrees). Bike tours, hikes or just a cozy day in the garden - everything is right "in front of your nose." I'm happy to help you choose hiking, running or cycling tours. A car is required to get there. Public transport is rather difficult

Vacation home "Villa am Fluss"

The exceptional apartment is located on the ground floor of our listed Art Nouveau villa, right on the banks of the Pegnitz in a traffic-calmed street. From the spacious terrace you can enjoy wonderful views of the river, the old town of Laufer, the water bridge and the neighboring Barth'schen Park. A REWE supermarket with bakery is only 200 m away. Laufer market square with its shops, cafes and restaurants can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes.

Modern vacation home/apartment

The modern apartment in beautiful Burgthann has a combined living and dining area, 2 bedrooms with TV and desk as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and 2 sinks. A washing machine and dryer are also included. The approx. 15 sqm terrace adjoins the private entrance to the apartment, which invites you to relax or barbecue. The S-Bahn [suburban train] can be reached in about 2 minutes on foot.

The quiet location on the Aisch offers picturesque sunsets and nature watching. With separate family room (once across the hallway) and private stairwell. The central location next to the bakery and the proximity to the old town make your stay in this historic gem of 1775 unforgettable.
