We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreation area "Fränkische Seenland". If you like to have it quiet and still want to reach the lake landscape quickly, you have come to the right place. Our village belongs to the city center 7 km away. The air-conditioned loft apartment in studio design is suitable with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years of age. There are direct hiking trails (including the St. James Way) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

The stylish loft in the basement of the back house is perfect for solo travelers and couples, it is modernly equipped and is very close to the center. The 2023 renovated apartment with over 110 square meters has a new fitted kitchen, washing machine and dryer, bed with adjustable slatted base, rowing machine and much more. On request, you can also rent e-bikes. The location at the Färbertor offers you the opportunity to get to the center, the opera house or the main train station in a few steps.

Unser gemütlich eingerichtetes Studio, befindet sich im Trendviertel Gostenhof, in einem ruhigen Hinterhof. Einige der hippsten Cafés und Bars Nürnbergs, befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die U-Bahn ist nur 5min entfernt. Das Apartment befindet sich Souterrain, in einem wundervollen und ruhigen Hinterhof. Gerne sind Hunde erlaubt. Jedoch nehme immer eine Kaution bei Haustieren.
