Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Sehr ruhige, gemütliche und stilvolle Ferienwohnung am Bach. Altbau mit Holz- und Steinböden. Neues Bad und neue Küche. Eine Mischung aus Alt und Neu mit viel Kunst und Kultur garniert. Im Sommer kann man auf der teilweise überdachten Terrasse oder im Garten im Liegestuhl entspannen. Der Garten ist zu mehr als der Hälfte naturnah gestaltet, mit Orchideen, anderen Wildblumen und Gräsern. In der kalten Jahreszeit werden Sie mit prasselndem Feuer im Kaminofen begrüsst und mit Kaminholz versorgt

Wonderful for hiking and relaxing. Perfect for couples seeking rest, mountain loving adventurers, families with children. ATTENTION not directly accessible by car. Parking at 2.8km. Schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung in Unterammergau. Gemütliche Ferienwohnung für 2- 3 Personen. Es handelt sich um eine 2-Zimmer Wohnung mit Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer sowie Bad. Die Wohnung ist in der 1. Etage mit einem tollen Balkon. An der Straße vor dem Haus, kann kostenlos geparkt werden. Da wir in letzter Zeit viel Ärger mit Gästen und ihren Vierbeinern hatten, nehmen wir leider keine Gäste mit Hunden an. Vielen Dank für ihr Verständnis.

Ungefähr 30m² ist unsere helle, modern möblierte 1-Zimmer Wohnung für 2 Personen. Auf einem Schlafsessel kann evtl noch eine dritte Person schlafen. Das Bad ist vom Wohnraum getrennt. Die kleine Küche, die vom Wohnraum aus direkt begangen wird, ist gut ausgestattet. Eine sehr große Terrasse mit traumhaftem Bergblick ist umgeben von einem großen Garten, der auch mitbenutzt werden kann.
