Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Oberammergau

Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, this house has an open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

The house Ikarus and hostess Roswitha were wonderful. There were six of us and we had more than enough space ☺️ The house is very modern and the sauna and the hot tub are another highlight of the house. Very clean and stylish. The view from the terrace to the mountains is fantastic and invites you to linger. Our two cars (SUV) also had a parking space with enough space at the house. There is also a garage at the house, but the parking spaces outside were completely sufficient for us ☺️ We had a wonderful vacation, thank you!

Very pretty place where to stay like at home

We had a wonderful getaway in Allgäu. Petra and Hartmut are super nice people. The room and bath were very clean and cozy. We had a list of recommendations on what to do, where to eat, etc. Coffee maker and fridge were provided, as well as cutlery and crockery, so you could have nice breakfast every morning. We did this on the terrace with great views. What to keep in mind is that all supermarkets close at 8 pm. All purchases should be done beforehand. The restaurant is a 2-minute walk away. Gasthof Engelbräu Brewery is also highly recommended. We didn't miss anything and we would come back anytime!

We were at Ludwig's for a long weekend with our three adult children and everyone liked it very much (which rarely happens😀). The chalet is very beautiful and the short distance to the nearest mountain railways is great for hikers!

It was a really nice experience. We enjoyed it and the kids loved their rooms and the special gift from Petra :) thank you.

A jewel in Oberammergau! Clean throughout and very nice bedrooms. Loved the sauna and the clothes washer. So very close to the center of things in town it was convenient to come and go throughout the day. Coming home to the beautiful garden was very welcoming. We hope to come back again someday. With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was simply too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all the previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well-equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. A very nice and cozy place to stay in an amazing landscape in the middle of the mountains. The place has everything you need. The location is at the top of a slope, with wonderful views. You are also right on the edge of the forest and can enjoy nature. Very nice terrace with a view. The box spring bed is incredibly soft and cozy. It was a very great stay! Thank you. 😊

Everything was tip top! For two people a perfect apartment and the balcony with a view a dream 😍 to the center just a short walk away and yet absolutely idyllic. Thanks for the little amenities like coffee beans, spices, and toilet paper. With a 3 day stay, this makes the basics more relaxed. 😊 We will definitely be back.

The apartment is beautiful and furnished with great attention to detail. The amenities were excellent and there was nothing missing. A wonderful view over the Walchensee from the terrace leads directly to relaxation. The host always responded quickly and was extremely friendly in communication. We particularly liked the personalized welcome board.

We absolutely loved Christine's place. It's located on the hills beside Innsbruck and has a great view of the mountains. It's a very serene and beautiful place and close enough to city's attractions. The house had everything we needed and more. She had placed multiple guides related to Innsbruck in the apartment, which is very thoughtful. Christine was very helpful and prompt in helping us out with any issues that we faced. we would definitely stay here again during our next visit.

The apartment captivates with its breathtaking view. The rooms are sufficiently large, as are the bathrooms. Underfloor heating and cozy beds complete the package. There are many, varied restaurants and shopping facilities in the vicinity. The house is in a quiet area, the outdoor terrace has plenty of space and sunlight. Communication with Katrin was straightforward and the answers were quick. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the days there. We will be happy to come back.

We were able to spend a great vacation in the beautiful apartment. The location is great for great excursions and hikes - in a quiet part of Partenkirchen, yet within walking distance of the train station and Ludwigstraße. We managed without a car with public transport thanks to the good location. The apartment is well equipped and well maintained. Everything you could need for cooking is in the kitchen and the view from the balcony to the Zugspitze is simply beautiful. Everything is very cozy and especially the bed is super comfortable. Stephi was always available and very friendly. The only two small shortcomings (for us personally) were the many cobwebs in the bedroom and the noise level of the house, which was quite busy at the end of our vacation. But both are certainly also a matter of perception :-) Thanks for the wonderful time!

Tido’s place is perfectly located in the center of the Zugspitze region and is the perfect home base for your Bavarian Alps vacation. Tido was extremely helpful, communicative and always available. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Highly recommended!

We felt completely comfortable right from the start. We watched the wildflowers bloom in the garden and enjoyed the view of the wonderful landscape. The surroundings not only invite you to linger, but are also an ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides in the breathtakingly beautiful nature. And Martina is a great host. Very nice and quiet apartment. Inventory in very good condition. We felt very comfortable here. Highly recommended.

Susanne's place in Murnau is very warm. In good weather, the view of the Alps is beautiful and the small terrace in front is very pleasant. We made the majority of walking trips between the studio and Murnau station, it is doable and the path is pleasant, but you have to like walking (about 30' to the center of Murnau and 40' to the train station). Close to the apartment, there is a lady who offers Thai massages. We enjoyed it and enjoyed it.

We were there for two nights and felt comfortable right away. Large living area. Especially with children really great. It couldn't have been better ☺️

A truly excellent find. The accommodation is very well equipped and comfortable with amazing views and sunsets it is easy to understand why our hosts feel privileged to live there. Indeed our hosts were remarkably generous, kind and helpful and gave us great ideas on what to do. If we are lucky enough to return to the area we know where we would like to stay. The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the sparkling wine to welcome us and the sweets were very nice. We would have really liked to have stayed longer - if we end up at Lake Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

Super great apartment in the heart of GaPa. Everything was quick to reach, clean, very cozy, nothing was missing. Bakers, butchers and restaurants all nearby. Four days when we didn't need the car

The apartment was great, visually and the amenities were very good. The location to Lake Starnberg was also very suitable for us.
