The first parts of the property were built in 1824. The suite (approx. 0 square meters) with veranda (16 square meters) was added and expanded in 2007. The rooms are lovingly furnished and offer everything your heart desires: cozy hours in front of the fireplace in winter, and relaxed evenings with a glass of wine on the veranda in summer. When furnishing, we placed emphasis on a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The suite offers tranquility and the fully glazed fireplace room invites you to dream.

Welcome to our designer flat in Offenbach by the Main! Enjoy luxury and comfort on 2100 square feet. A spacious bathroom with whirlpool, a kitchen, a conference table and even a pool table await you. Our central location offers a quick connection to the European Central Bank (EZB) as well as short trips to the centre of Frankfurt am Main (approx. 15min) or to the Frankfurt Messe (approx. 28min). We also have car parking facilities including charging points for electric cars in the courtyard.

The apartment is on the outskirts of Gemmingen-Stebbach. It is equipped with everything you need and more. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, sleeping places could be extended on the sofa bed or crib. In the garden there is a playground with sandbox, slide, pirate deck, trampoline and climbing wall for free use. Kick back and relax – in this quiet, stylish home in an authentic courtyard, you'll find everything you need to dive into a getaway. My courtyard ride consists of a total of 3 residential buildings, one of which I live in myself. I rent the large gatehouse (157 sqm of living space) as well as the former servant house (2 rooms, 67 sqm). The gatehouse includes a large summer kitchen with fireplace as well as two cozy bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room.
