Sie wohnen im Erdgeschoss des umgebauten Seitengebäude vom Bauernhof. Grosser Garten mit 2 Ponys an einem kleinen Bach. Wir produzieren Hackschnitzel für die Wärme auf dem Hof hier leben noch 20 Hühner mit täglich frischen Eiern, 4 Ziegen. Unser Hund Jule ist sehr lieb. Eine kleine Sauna und ein Schwimmbecken. Die Terrasse,Sitzecke, Feuerstelle im Garten kostenlos. Kosten für Sauna zusätzlich 15 € pro Saunagang für 2 Personen in Absprache vor Ort, oder zubuchbar ist spazieren mit den Pferden.

After the somewhat bumpy approach over a short stretch of gravel road (parking on the street with a 50-100 m walk is of course also possible ;)) and the steps to the apartment are overcome, an oasis of peace awaits you far away from street noise and city stress. The lovingly furnished apartment invites you to relax & linger between hiking and mountain bike tours.

Die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Erwachsene und 1 Baby. Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich ein Queensize-Bett (180 × 200 cm) und ein Boxspringbett (100 × 200 cm). Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Schlafsofa (130 × 200 cm) zur Verfügung. Ein Babybett stellen wir gerne bereit. Ideal für Familien, Geschäftsreisende und Gruppen.

In the sleepy village of Böllstein lies "das Ima," a cottage that was built in the 18th century as a farmhouse. After many renovations and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms (2 with doors and one with a curtain), plus a fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many books. Alternative to the hotel (SAP, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, MLP). The apartment is furnished, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishes, pots... if anything is missing, just let us know. We'll get almost anything. We want you to feel comfortable.

Witch's house at the Spessart Forest

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen.
