Living in a farmhouse

Sie wohnen im Erdgeschoss des umgebauten Seitengebäude vom Bauernhof. Grosser Garten mit 2 Ponys an einem kleinen Bach. Wir produzieren Hackschnitzel für die Wärme auf dem Hof hier leben noch 20 Hühner mit täglich frischen Eiern, 4 Ziegen. Unser Hund Jule ist sehr lieb. Eine kleine Sauna und ein Schwimmbecken. Die Terrasse,Sitzecke, Feuerstelle im Garten kostenlos. Kosten für Sauna zusätzlich 15 € pro Saunagang für 2 Personen in Absprache vor Ort, oder zubuchbar ist spazieren mit den Pferden.

Das in 2020 fertig gestellte Ferienhaus bietet auf 57qm zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich, Bad + Regendusche sowie eine finnischen Sauna (50-70 Grad), Holzofen ein Ambiente, das selbst kalte und regnerische Tage behaglich macht. Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Welcome to `Maison Cassis´, a bright and quiet holiday apartment in a charming period building in Ludwigshafen-Oggersheim. The nearby Maudacher Bruch nature reserve invites relaxing walks in green surroundings. Mannheim, Heidelberg and the Palatinate Forest are easily accessible. The apartment accommodates up to two guests and features a private entrance and garden area. A bakery, supermarket and tram stop are just 150 metres away. Lakes, an outdoor pool and restaurants are close by.

Welcome to A13 Reining Stables, a family-run riding stable with a lot of flair. We rent 2 newly built and newly furnished vacation apartments in a separate guest house. The apartments have their own entrance and a terrace overlooking the courtyard and the equestrian facility. High comfort with dishwasher and underfloor heating. Construction trailer on the Mooswiesenhof

A construction trailer awaits you at the back of our farm. It is heated with a small wood-burning stove and is fenced off on our horse pasture, so that you have a view of the countryside. Chickens, sheep and horses await you around you. We also offer overnight stays for horses. There is no running water in the trailer itself, but a storage canister. The toilet with sink is about 25 m away. We are surrounded by hiking trails. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Tiny loft (house) in southern Hessian Ried

Our Tiny Loft is located in South Hessian Ried, Trebur, Hessenaue, right next to a horse farm. The district of Hessenaue is still agricultural and is a paradise for horse lovers. On many farms you can still buy directly from the producer. Trebur is located in the city triangle of Darmstadt, Mainz, Wiesbaden, the Rhine is 2 km away. Swimming lakes invite you to swim in summer. If you like to ride a bike, you can use the well-developed bicycle network.

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

The house is located in the holiday village of Waldbrunn. A few minutes' walk from the cottage is a spa with sauna. The house has an excellent location in the middle of nature and is the ideal starting point for great excursions. Electricity (€0.40/kWh) and gas (€3.20/cbm) according to consumption as well as the visitor's tax (€1.00/adult/day) are to be paid. Bed linen and towels are to be brought or can be booked (€13 pp/set).
