Hale Mahina - quiet cottage near Lake Constance

The 90 m² of the accommodation extend over two floors with a terrace on the first floor and a sunny balcony on the upper floor. The ceilings, some of which are up to four meters high, give the house a very special living feeling. Families are welcome and children are welcome to use the large garden to play. In the immediate vicinity begins a bike path that leads to Lake Constance, which is 3 km away. The nearest beach is also located in this town.

Charming and cozy country cottage

We are Rosa and Dieter and rent a small, cozy cottage, 50 m² with three separate rooms. The house was built in 1800 and is the older part of a semi-detached house. The rooms are cozy 1.85 to 2.05 m high. The shower and toilet are 1.8 m², small! The kitchen has 4 hobs and an oven underneath. Shopping is available in Siegershausen and in Berg 2 -3 km away. Lake Constance and Konstanz can be reached in 10-15 minutes, also by public transport.

The property is located in a spacious farmhouse from 1850. Hallau is located in the countryside on the German border between the Black Forest and Lake Constance. Public transport is available, but a car is an advantage. The bus station, grocery store, bakery and bank can be reached in two minutes on foot. We are child-friendly and non-smokers. Lake house "BEIJA-FLOR" - Lake Constance cycle path & lakeside

With our vacation home "beija-flor" we have fulfilled our dream of living on the water and André, an architect by profession, was finally able to realize his own project. We bought the house in 2023 and then lovingly renovated it with a lot of our own work. The name is inspired by our last big trip to Brazil and translates to "hummingbird" – "the one who kisses the flowers".
