Wonderful Stay in Venice Beach! We had a fantastic time at this cozy house just steps from the beach. The location is perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and the Venice Boardwalk. The place was clean, and had everything we needed. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Venice Beach!

This place is amazing! If you are looking for an affordable house ON THE BEACH with LOTS of beds then this is your place! It’s not state of the art or completely upgraded, but it is so cozy. We were there with 5 small children and 6 adults and we were never in each others way. The beach itself is beautiful and the outdoor shower is a perfect addition to this beach get away. There are lots of amenities provided so don’t stress! Towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, toilet paper, beach chairs, beach loungers, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, hand soap, outdoor shower, hose, grill with gas hook up, bedding, blender, coffee maker, 2 microwaves, 2 ovens…so much! Bring some WD 40 for the tar you might get on your feet and make sure you put the trash cans out ON SUNDAY NIGHT! The trash man comes EARLY Monday morning. The recycle only gets picked up every other Monday so don’t stress if it doesn’t get emptied…the schedule is on the fridge. Also, the knives are TERRIBLE! If you like to cook you might want to bring a few of your own. I hesitate to leave a good review because we plan to return and I don’t want it to be unavailable but it is awesome!!! Communicate early with TREE if you have questions. They will get back to you but not right away. We would just call the number and send a message on the app and they would eventually get back to us. Enjoy your stay! Check all of the drawers before you leave. There are tons of dressers and it’s easy to leave things behind.

So nice to have a place to stay and be together as a family! We spent as much time on the beautiful beach as possible, cooked up amazing meals, played games around the table, and had a movie night. Great experience and hope to come back!

What a great beach getaway. Steps from the beach and water, very quiet house even with all the neighboring homes being stacked close (as is the custom on the beach). Absolutely enjoyed the space which made our vacation amazing.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in beautiful Carpinteria. The location of Kathy’s cottage is outstanding and everything was perfect. The new kitchen is beautiful and very functional. 10 out of 10 would book again.

Wonderful stay in friendly community! Beach, pier, park, restaurants, grocery and a great donut shop are within easy walking distance. We enjoyed watching the dogs play on the beach. I was concerned about the parking because 4 people in 3 large vehicles were meeting here, but we were able to fit two of them in the driveway and street parking was no problem. Hope to return someday!

Epic location—right on the ocean, which made for a deeply calming personal retreat. I got to know Malibu in a whole new way. Everything about the stay was seamless: incredibly clean, smooth check-in, and top-notch communication. Malibu Suites was professional from start to finish.

My favorite Airbnb… ever

Just like the first time we stayed at one other of Chris’ places in the same location, this one was an easy walk to restaurants and shops on State St, to the New Vic Theater, and all over downtown Santa Barbara. It’s an easy but very secure entry system, parking is designated and easy, the room was beyond spotless with everything you need and nothing you don’t. This is our go to place to stay in Santa Barbara now and thank you Chris and team for your responsiveness, hospitality and knowledge about what makes a great stay! Highly recommend!!!

John’s place is clean and quiet. Kitchen is stocked linens are clean and fresh, also so close to Venice beach plus Venice Canals, shopping and restaurants, 45 ish minutes away from Disneyland so fun ya’ll! Great place to stay!!

We loved staying at Teresa’s beach house. It is just a ~10 min walk to the beach and accessible to anything one might need. We are grateful to have such a nice stay that is also dog friendly. I highly recommend this place and hope to stay again in the future.

Sophia was a great host and I enjoyed my time in her peaceful Venice bungalow. Great location, you can walk to everything in Venice but the street and property are very quiet and serene.

Spend a great few days at Wendy's place! 1 block away from the iconic Santa Monica beach front. A couple blocks away from Montana. Wendy's place was very quiet and as described on the listing. Would love to come back!

My new west coast home away from home. Peaceful oasis, sweet bungalow. Located in a quiet and serene neighborhood, nestled in between bustling restaurants and shops on Montana Avenue and the convenience of Whole Foods, neighborhood restaurants and Enterprise Rental Car down the street (within walking distance) on Wilshire Blvd. The beach is about 20 blocks away. Rachael's place is warm. welcoming and pure comfort from the bed to relaxing Epsom salt baths in the clawfoot bathtub to the outdoor area where I ate every meal when I was at home. What a beautiful sanctuary! Rachael couldn't be kinder, more available, more wonderful. Why wouldn't one want to return? Perfect for one. Perfect for a close couple. Definitely perfect for me! Thank you Rachael!

I stayed here for 10 days while recovering from surgery, and it was truly one of my favorite Airbnb stays anywhere in the world. The space is comfortable, beautifully maintained, and exactly what I needed. The location is incredible — so central to the beach and all the great shops and restaurants on Abbot Kinney. I even walked the 50-minute walk to Santa Monica a few times (the New Yorker in me cannot be stopped). The hosts were very responsive to any issues (though there were very few) and take wonderful care of the property. The outdoor tub was a highlight — a perfect spot to relax and unwind. I’d come back in a heartbeat.
