The house has many social areas, several patios, everything to follow the sun and accommodate all friends. Completely secluded and overlooking Öland's expanses.

Alvaret is available within a ten-minute walk where Slottsruinen and Solliden are located. It is about 3 km to Borgholm's bustling city life. Bicycles are available to borrow. There is a bike path to town. The cottage is 16 m2 and the balcony 8 m2. The cottage has a fridge, microwave and kettle. Bathroom (toilet and bathtub) and access to water are available in the host's home with a separate entrance.

The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. Walking distance to Färjestaden with shops & restaurants. To Eriksöre village street it is 7km & to Ekerum 18km! Own patio with barbecue facilities as well as free parking space just outside the cottage.
