The bedroom has a double bed. Travel bed for a child is available. High chair available. Duvets and pillows are available but towels must be brought. Sauna for an additional fee. NOTE: Stairs up to the apartment. Toilet/shower/sauna are on the lower floor, you need to go out and down the stairs and walk along the garage to get there.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Welcome to our wonderful log cabin, located only 20 meters from a beautiful, small forest lake with its own jetty and boat. The cottage offers a fantastic large raised wooden terrace of 30 m2 with both a lounge seating and a dining area where you can barbecue and eat overlooking the lake. Enjoy the private sauna overlooking the lake, in the house with close connection to the log cabin. Inside the cabin, there is a fireplace where you can light a cozy fire in the evening.

Kärsvik, a home with a lake property, jetty & rowboat

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Access to own dock and rowboat by the Baltic Sea. See the forest and lake from the kitchen windows. The Ostkustleden passes by outside. To get here, you need a car. Parking for several cars. Our water in the well is our own well so the taste can vary if it is dry or wet on the hillside. A little browner some days which makes the shower and sink and toilet look a little brown. The water is, of course, drinkable. When charging an electric car, contact me.

Lovely house by the lake with Hot Tub

Lovely newly built house 1 of (3) in the area with open spaces. The residence offers a balcony overlooking the lake with barbecue facilities and a sun deck. There is a soapstone fireplace in the house that can be used. Guests have access to their own jetty and rowboat, Ryds 390 There is also a hot electric heated hot tub available at 39 degrees all year round (Note: No bubbles, only purification) Guests bring their own bed linens and towels as well as charcoal and lighting gear for the grill.

Kvarnstugan

Kvarnstugan ligger i Fröseke i hjärtat av Småland. Alldeles utanför stugan rinner Alsterån förbi och i dammen vid ån finns en brygga med båt som gäster kan använda. Stugan är en av de äldsta byggnaderna i byn, har bastu och plats för upp till 8 gäster. Här i Glasriket kan man inte bara besöka glasbruken med deras designhistoria, utanför de varma hyttorna finns orörd natur, sjöar, kulturhistoria och 40 minuter bort ligger Östersjön. Iron Man Kalmar The apartment is highly appreciated by previous participants since it’s located just 3 km away from the starting point of Iron Man Kalmar. For you who aren’t participating in the race, the location is even better. It’s just a couple of hundred meters from both the cycle course where the triathletes pass two times (1 lap, both directions) and the running course where the triathletes pass six times (3 laps, both directions).
