Exceptional cottage next to the alvar

Right next to the Alvar in the small row village is this former emergency cottage next to our house on the farm. We also run the yarn shop "Sticka på alvar". In the spring, the orchids bloom richly here. Several interesting historical sites are within walking distance, such as Dröstarp's deserted village. We have hens, five cats and two dogs. The house is from 1899 but has all the modernities. Barbecue area outside. Here, it is quiet and peaceful. In Gårdby, about 2 km away, there is Eksgården, which is a first-class restaurant, as well as Gårdby café

Through a winding forest road, you will finally reach the destination, with the sea as your closest neighbor. As soon as you turn off the engine of the car and walk out the car door, you will encounter the wonderful nature, the sea and the silence that only such a place can provide. Here you live comfortably and nicely in a newly-renovated one-story house of 170 square meters with various amenities and with an outstanding view of the archipelago around Figeholm. Newly renovated house with pure natural materials in traditional style. The cottage is connected to a larger house that has been a farm, along an Öland village street. The area is rural and peaceful, and a large and lovely garden with many opportunities to stay outdoors. 300 meters away, there is a small hotel with a restaurant. There are several beaches in the area, the nearest 2 km away. Sweet chickens are on the farm, and there is an opportunity to buy fresh eggs. The place is a little paradise.

Historical gem in the middle of Öland

Jöns-Lasses is a converted farm named after the carpenter and blacksmith Jöns Larsson. Much has been preserved since the 19th century. Now we rent out so that more people can enjoy this fantastic place. Large lush garden and courtyard and free access to the meadow next to the farm. A real time travel with historical details! 100 year old school close to Borgholm, Öland

The old school located in a cosy small village with farms and old nice houses. It's great for families and larger groups. It’s centrally placed on the island which is nice when doing day trips around Öland. Big kitchen and social spaces. All rooms have beautiful big windows with amazing light and 3.7m in ceiling height. The school is very child friendly with a playhouse, trampoline, swings, toys and more.

Annies House, Mörby

The house is located on the charming eastern side of Öland and newly built in 2017 with access to patio and garden. A quiet area with proximity to nature and experience of bird life. Ideal for cycling, and walking. Kårehamn is 7km away with a pleasant bathing beach. A fish shop with restaurant is generally open all weekdays. Köpingsvik is 10km from Mörby with more popular and larger bathing beaches.

Öland, Karlevi - charming limestone house in Öland village

Karlevi is a cozy Öland village located next to the landborgskanten about 10 km south of Ölandsbron. During the spring, the small village street between Karlevi and Eriksöre is a well-visited stretch with its flowering slopes and fragrant lilac bushes. The village is located in the cultivated landscape of Southern Öland, which is a world heritage site.

On the lower floor, bedroom, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, shower and toilet. Steep staircase to the upper floor with an open floor plan and two beds at each end. Freezer in the "little cottage" on the property.
