Exceptional cottage next to the alvar

Right next to the Alvar in the small row village is this former emergency cottage next to our house on the farm. We also run the yarn shop "Sticka på alvar". In the spring, the orchids bloom richly here. Several interesting historical sites are within walking distance, such as Dröstarp's deserted village. We have hens, five cats and two dogs. The house is from 1899 but has all the modernities. Barbecue area outside. Here, it is quiet and peaceful. In Gårdby, about 2 km away, there is Eksgården, which is a first-class restaurant, as well as Gårdby café

A bright and fresh vacation home in quiet Bredingestrand. The cottage area has its own private swimming area! Several nice beaches are available to visit in the nearby area. The house has a cozy porch with barbecue and evening sun. There is also a dining table outside in the garden, amenities such as Wi-Fi and AC. Swedish and German TV. From here you can reach southern Öland's rich selection of art, food and nature. The house is located four km from Mörbylånga with a good selection of shops, cafés, restaurants and services.

This villa (2023) is in a quiet area directly adjacent to hiking trails that lead to nature areas and ancient castles such as Jordtorpsåsen and Gråborg. But also close to beaches, swimming and the sea. The house is centrally located on Öland and is about 5 km to both the west and east coast, 3 km to the grocery store, 5 km to Färjestaden and about 20 km to Kalmar. A fully-equipped house with two toilets, three bedrooms, a kitchen and living room with a sofa bed and a large lovely patio. Wi-Fi is available.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Only 200 meters to the sea in the beautiful coastal village of Djupvik, about 25 km north of Borgholm. Here you can enjoy a relaxing life in a lush and secluded garden. There are two spacious bedrooms, a fresh bathroom, a cozy sleeping loft, a spacious living room/kitchen with open up to the ridge and a lovely sunroom. Large wooden deck with plenty of room to socialize, eat and sunbathe. There is also a guest house with two beds. Wi-Fi is available.

The area is rural and peaceful, and a large and lovely garden with many opportunities to stay outdoors. 300 meters away, there is a small hotel with a restaurant. There are several beaches in the area, the nearest 2 km away. Sweet chickens are on the farm, and there is an opportunity to buy fresh eggs. The place is a little paradise.

Our home has been lovingly renovated to offer modern comforts while retaining its rustic charm, making it the perfect getaway for families and nature lovers alike. Accommodates up to 6 guests. Bright entrance, one double bedroom, a modern kitchen with a welcoming living room that offers views of the garden and forest. On the upper floor there is a large Loft divided in two areas offering a super king bed and two queens bed.

Historical gem in the middle of Öland

Peace and privacy in Norra Bäck, about 3 km from the eastern coastal road. In the centre of Öland, only 20 minutes from the Öland Bridge. Jöns-Lasses is a converted farm named after the carpenter and blacksmith Jöns Larsson. Much has been preserved since the 19th century. Now we rent out so that more people can enjoy this fantastic place. Large lush garden and courtyard and free access to the meadow next to the farm. A real time travel with historical details!
