Newly renovated cottage near beach and nature

Fully renovated cottage on a large plot with a very private location near Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered patio with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with dining area, lounge area, sun loung chairs and hot tub (spa bath) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 5 beds (sofa). There is a crib and high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as final cleaning.

Cabin Gray near Djupvik

Here you can hang out with loved ones in this family-friendly place between Borgholm and Löttorp. You have access to a large plot for wonderful outdoor activities. This nice cottage is within cycling distance to Djupvik with lovely swimming and beautiful nature. The evenings offer fantastic sunset over our beautiful Kalmarsund. Djupvik also offers a nice restaurant. To Sandvik with, among other things, the year-round open shop, it is barely a mile. The rent also includes the possibility to charge your electric car.

Welcome to our quaint cottage located in the quiet and scenic Hörninge! It offers a perfect retreat for those seeking peaceful relaxation, nature experiences, and proximity to the beach. The cottage is located on the same property as the main residence. Modern housing from 2022. Quiet peaceful area with nice cycling and hiking trails. Only 2 km to the beach. Lovely pool area on the property that you have the opportunity to use. Bicycles are available for loan and must be returned in the same condition.

Poolhus i centrala Borgholm

Poolhus precis intill familjens hus. Ingång till poolhuset är från den gemensamma terassen. Pentry med micro, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare, kylskåp och kokplatta. Badrum med golvvärme. Poolhuset har AC. Tv utan kanaler m möjlighet att streama via Apple TV. Sänglinne och handdukar finns i poolhuset. Vi sköter städningen efter ert besök. Centralt med bara 200 meter till gågatan. Härlig terass som vi delar med pool, dusch, grill, solstolar och loungemöbel. Poolen badbar/uppvärmd juli/augusti.

House on Öland

Summer house on Öland + free paddle tennis You are welcome to spend the summer holidays in our summer house. Since the house is located in the middle of Öland, it is a perfect strategic location for exploring the entire island's sights. Here you have free access to the community pools plus free paddle tennis (2 km from Tveta recreation area, outdoor courts). You even have free access to the tennis courts. There is also a football field, boule court and lovely walking paths in the area.

Liten stuga med plats för två Personer. På gården finns höns, hästar och katt. Pool och altan delas med värdfamiljen. Möjlighet att ladda elbil mot ersättning. I köket finns kyl med frysfack, liten ugn och två kokplattor. Det finns utrustning för lättare matlagning. Om något saknas löser vi det. I Kåremo finns en badplats ( 3,8km från stugan) och en bod där man kan köpa nybakade kakor, bakelser och bröd. (cake by esbjörnsson). Avstånd till affär 8 km. Avstånd till Kalmar 21 km

The view!

It offers a house with a large garden where you can enjoy a great view of both the Öland Alvar and the Baltic Sea. 2.5 km to restaurant, 2.2 km to the sea where there is a camping with a small shop and restaurant. The nearest community where there are larger shops, pharmacy, etc. is about 17 km from the property. If you want a little more shops and restaurants, it is located with a distance of about 30 km.

Stay in our villa with pool & hot tub in Färjestaden on Öland, with 20 minutes walking distance to Färjestaden harbor where you will find restaurants, cafes and swimming beach. With about 15-20 min drive to Kalmar, there are also good bus connections. The large pool is heated and ready for summer starting mid-May-September. The hot tub is heated all year round.
