Welcome to our newly built cottage in a quiet location with lovely sea views. The cottage is located 100 meters from the sea where there is a swimming area and a cozy beach promenade. On the cottage's roof terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Kalmarsund. To Mörbylånga C with restaurants, cafés and grocery store, it is about 800 meters. Outdoor gym, paddle tennis court and a popular playground are within 1 km. In Mörbylånga C, there is also bike rental. On southern Öland, nature is in focus with, among other things, Alvaret and the cultivated landscape.

Welcome to rent our house on the island of Oknö outside Mönsterås. The house is located right by the sea and has a large garden with patio. The house is detached, the host couple live in a different part. The house offers three separated bedrooms, a fireplace, a kitchen, two toilets, living room and a dining room. The location is fantastic with 25 m to the sea and Oknö offers several beaches and there are two campsites, two restaurants, a mini life and several ice cream kiosks. Cottage of 25 sqm so it is a SMALL COTTAGE. But with stunning view right by a beach! The cottage is included in a cottage area so that means neighboring cottage close. Look at pictures. 2020 new beds, closet and sink. 2022 painted rooms/ kitchen area + a new fresher sofa bed. 1.5 km to the nearest grocery store and pizzeria. It is 500 m to First Camp, which is a 4-star campsite. In summer, you can shop there in a smaller grocery store. The campsite has nice baths, playground, mini golf, canoe, bike rental, restaurant.

Welcome to rent our cozy cottage of about 33 sqm right by the sea on the island of Oknö outside Mönsterås. The location is fantastic about 80 meters to the beach. You are close proximity to a number of beaches on the island and there are two campsites on Oknö and a restaurant. You have about 8 km into Mönsterås which has several different shops and restaurants and a water palace. You can also enjoy the tranquility on our large garden of about 2500 sqm together with the owner on Seglarvägen 4 Oknö

Here you can stay in the apple room on our private property. Great location overlooking Kalmarsund. You have 120 meters to Kalmar's most popular beach with 180 meter long jetty and also a sandy beach with shallow sandy bottom. You have Kalmar Castle and the Old Town in the immediate vicinity. Right between the city center and nature and outdoor area. Just 500 meters to the nearest restaurant beautifully located in the castle hall. There are two bikes that can be rented for a smaller amount.

This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.
