Newly renovated cottage near beach and nature

Fully renovated cottage on a large plot with a very private location near Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered patio with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with dining area, lounge area, sun loung chairs and hot tub (spa bath) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 5 beds (sofa). There is a crib and high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as final cleaning.

Here you can relax in a newly renovated cozy cottage. Bathe in a wood-fired hot tub. During the winter half-year, you can choose the barbecue. One double bedroom, one sleeping loft with two beds as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Fully tiled bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. TV, Wi-Fi. Servicerum finns ca 100 meter inne i bostadshuset, där det finns tillgång till WC, dusch & tvättmaskin. Kök ligger 150m ifrån stugan. Stay in our villa with pool & hot tub in Färjestaden on Öland, with a 20-minute walk to Färjestaden harbor where you will find restaurants, cafés and a beach. With about a 15-20 minute drive to Kalmar, there are also good bus connections. The large pool is heated and ready for summer from mid-May to September. The hot tub is heated all year round.
