Welcome to rent our newly built guest apartment in Karlevi. Kitchen counter with microwave and fridge. Living room with TV with built in cromecast. Sofa bed that is easily converted into a bed. The bedroom has a double bed. Travel bed for a child is extra. High chair available. Duvets and pillows are in place, but you can bring towels. Sauna for a surcharge. Note: Stairs up to apartment. Toilet/shower/sauna is downstairs, you need to go out and down the stairs and walk along the garage to get there.

Kärsvik, a home with lake plot, jetty & rowing boat

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Access to own dock and rowing boat by the Baltic Sea. See forest and lake from the kitchen windows. The cheese coast trail passes outside. To get here, you need a car. Parking for several cars. Our water in the well is our own well, so the taste can vary if it is dry or wet in the hill. Slightly darker on some days, which makes the shower, sink and toilet look a little brown. Of course, the water is drinkable. When charging an electric car, contact me.

Lovely newly built house 1 of (3) in the area with open spaces. The residence offers a balcony overlooking the lake with barbecue facilities and a sun deck. There is a soapstone fireplace in the house that can be used. Guests have access to their own jetty and rowboat, Ryds 390 There is also a hot electric heated hot tub available at 39 degrees all year round (Note: No bubbles, only purification) Guests bring their own bed linens and towels as well as charcoal and lighting gear for the grill.

Kvarnstugan

Kvarnstugan is located in Fröseke in the heart of Småland. Just outside the cabin, Alsterån flows past and in the pond by the river there is a jetty with a boat that guests can use. The cottage is one of the oldest buildings in the village, has a sauna and seats up to 8 guests. Here in Glasriket you can not only visit the glassworks with their design history, outside the warm cabins there is untouched nature, lakes, cultural history and 40 minutes away is the Baltic Sea. Relax in a traditional Swedish wooden house. In the afternoon, sunrays bathe the entrance area and the living room in the bright colors of the hand-blown windows of the entrance door. The evening sun invites you to linger on the old wooden bench of the large dining table or on the terrace. The best way to end cool winter evenings is in front of the fireplace in the living room or go outside to the fireplace sauna - adjacent to the goat farm with its own cheese production.

Iron Man Kalmar The apartment is highly appreciated by previous participants since it’s located just 3 km away from the starting point of Iron Man Kalmar. For you who aren’t participating in the race, the location is even better. It’s just a couple of hundred meters from both the cycle course where the triathletes pass two times (1 lap, both directions) and the running course where the triathletes pass six times (3 laps, both directions).

You will stay in a traditional Swedish cottage with a fantastic view over fields. The cabin has a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining space and a toilet. Two bicycles are included and there is a canoe available for hire.
