Our stay was excellent. Since the reception, by Wagner and Silvana, with very good humor and cordiality. We were shown the house by all the rooms, well cared for and clean. We stayed in the house for 3 nights, with everything working perfectly. There is a bay almost in front, where the owner treated us as if we were family because we were “Wagner's guests”. The street is quiet and safe. For sure, it will be a place where we will return to host at the next opportunity. Note 10.

It was perfect. The TV could be a little bigger because of the distance from the bed, but it was smart so it was good. I will once again stay there.

Great stay, the AP is exactly like the photos! Patricia and Dennis are super quick to help. The intention was to spend the night, but the kitchen is super complete for cooking. The condominium's convenience store facilitates small purchases. When we go to São Paulo again, we would stay there again.

The apartment is very comfortable, a great location with easy access to public transport and close to the main malls. the leisure area is amazing: gym, heated swimming pool. the host is very attentive and responds quickly.

Our stay at Alan's apartment was great! We actually felt at home. Everything is very clean, the condominium is very safe, with no problems for access, very private, with a lot of shops around. I would easily get back to staying in this apartment. They have everything you need for your stay.

I spent wonderful days at Marta's house. The space is well located the apartment is clean and cozy, you feel in a next of kin house along with Marta.a all who need a hosoegem by themselves.

Good location, the kit net was just like the description, around it there were a lot of commercial establishments such as markets, bakeries, butchers, pharmacies and two squares! Quiet, safe place and Mr. Enio is super helpful, proactive and very polite!

I found a very cozy and clean apartment, the place has a great location and I found it very safe too.

I had an excellent stay! I was very well received, the communication was super easy and fast, and I was still contacted if I needed anything. The apartment is very clean and organized, has everything you need in the kitchen. One detail that I thought was very cool was Alexa, you could turn on and off the lights by voice command, which made everything even more practical. Overall, it was a very good experience, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I definitely recommend and will host again!
