Are you a group of 8 people (or more) and want to spend a great vacation in a fantastic location, right on the river and in the immediate vicinity of Legoland? With the 4-star vacation home "Brenzblick," we offer you an entire vacation home with a huge garden, terrace and conservatory, which we completely renovated in 2018 and prepared for you. You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

Apartment in a central city location

The apartment is located right on the edge of the old town and therefore everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical Hall). The market square (known from the Schwäbisch Hall open-air theater) and St. Michael's Church are within walking distance. Almost down the stairs and you are already there. The guest apartment is located in a separate building with private access. We, the hosts, are the neighbors.

Donaublick

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in unserer ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft. Auf 65m² findet eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz. Auf der Terasse kann man bei schönem Wetter Zeit verbringen und den Blick über den Garten hinweg über die Brenz hin zur Donau schweifen lassen. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Von hier aus können Ausflüge z.B. ins Legoland gestartet werden. Der nahe gelegene Spielplatz bietet die Möglichkeit für Kinder sich austoben.

Resort Obertor

The Brennerei apartment is one of three apartments on the Obertor holiday farm. The 66 m² apartment is friendly, bright and equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, walk-in shower, separate toilet. Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is barrier-free and therefore ideally suited for guests with physical disabilities. There is also plenty of space for our little guests to play and discover.

Die Wohnung (53qm) befindet sich im Untergeschoss unseres Hauses, hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Bad mit Dusche und WC, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem separaten Bett, sowie ein Sofa mit Schlaffunktion im Wohnraum (Breite ca 1,30m, für zwei Erwachsene ist es etwas eng, aber ein Erwachsener und ein Kind, bzw für 2 Kinder ist es ausreichend) Über eine Treppe erreicht ihr die Wohnung und könnt im Lichthof gemütlich sitzen und grillen...

Modern apartment with panoramic views

The modern bright apartment (90 m²) is in the center of Bernstadt. A bakery with breakfast café is right in front of the house. To Ulm and the science city, you can drive by car without traffic in 15 minutes, to Legoland also 15 minutes. The large covered terrace to the southwest allows a panoramic view over the Swabian Alps. The apartment is located in a semi-elevated location of Esslingen with a fantastic view of the city. The quiet location on a cul-de-sac guarantees relaxed living. The cozy living-dining room invites you to linger and the spacious bedroom guarantees soothing relaxation. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and the bathroom is bright and modern. Two small terraces are available and invite you to a sundowner at the end of the day.

Welcome to our lovingly designed and carefully renovated granny flat. The approximately 45 square meter apartment has a separate entrance and is ideal for business travelers or short-term vacationers due to its central location. Business travelers will appreciate the direct proximity to local companies such as CARL ZEISS, HENSOLDT or LEITZ. A reserved parking space is available in the adjacent parking lot.

One-room apartment, quiet location

The apartment is in the basement and has its own entrance. It can be reached from the garden. The house is located in a quiet settlement. The historic city center is a 20-minute walk. A bus stop is 500 meters away. The local recreation area "Breite Eiche" invites you to take long walks. Shopping facilities are located nearby. The bed is 135 cm wide. We can provide an extra mattress.

Beethoven's little 13

In the middle of the quiet musicians' district of Plochingen is our small and fine apartment. We have lovingly furnished it to make you feel comfortable in it. In addition, we have also thought of most of what you need for everyday life. The warm summer evenings are approaching and on the associated terrace (about 20 m²) you can end the evening comfortably.

The original gatehouse of the castle opposite has shone in new splendor since the loving core renovation in a unique interplay of restored old stock and modern living conditions. Here we warmly welcome you (whether large family or couple)! The entire house with garden is at your disposal during your stay.
