Holiday rentals with a patio in Panama City Beach

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in an unbeatable location—just a short walk to the beach. Having a Dollar General right next door was super clutch for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything we forgot to pack. Would definitely stay again!

Alan was a very responsive host and the stay exceeded my expectations! would recommend to anyone with a family!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here, walking to the beach was a breeze and less than one minute. I would book again for a couples trip. My husband and I was not ready to check out when our stay ended. We would definitely revisit.

This was our first big family vacation. It was everything we could have asked for and more. We always had something to do. The beach was fantastic. We walked to all of the restaurants and ice cream shops around. Only left the area a couple of times, otherwise everything we wanted was right there. Highly recommend staying here. The condo was beautiful, spacious, very clean. The view was great and I really appreciated there was a closet with beach toys, towels, chairs etc...

I have been staying in Airbnb’s for several years, and this one is the only one I would stay in again. Great place, clean, quiet, and walking distance to the beach.

I really enjoyed staying here and Yana was very responsive as well as super kind. The place looks exactly like the photos and was very clean. It has everything that you need for your stay. Also, it was super close to the beach and local restaurants. Highly recommend that you stay here if you are in the Panama City area!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was well kept and offered a sense of relaxation. It had an amazing view of the ocean. The condo was in walking distance of many restaurants and shopping places. Thank you for a great time.

John’s place is just like the photos. We loved hanging out on the balcony. The included beach chairs/umbrella was awesome to have! Less things to take down to the beach. Check in and out was super easy. We would definitely go back.

Cute little home in walking distance of a great Mexican restaurant, gas station and grocery store. The beds were very supportive yet soft. The kitchen, living room and laundry room was perfect! Loved this place. Easy parking for two vehicles and easy keypad access to the house. We didn’t use the grill or fire pit but they were very nice for anybody who would want to use them. ROKU TVs in all bedrooms and living room. We would definitely rent this place again for vacation!

We LOVED our stay here!!! It was perfect for our group of 6! We had plenty of space and utilized our kitchen, the outdoor shower, and the grill!! Super easy to get to the beach and the host even provided a video instruction on the fastest/easiest route there. The beach is under a 5 minute walk and the house looks exactly like the pictures provided. The host was also very nice, allowed us to check in early, made sure everything was ready for our stay, and was very friendly and responsive! All in all, we would 100% stay again and I have already recommended this stay to family!

We absolutely adored this house! It’s way more spacious than the pictures make it seem and so beautiful. It’s only about two blocks from a wonderful beach. And Levi and Darah were just incredible!!!! They went above and beyond for us over and over. We only had one very minor issue with some neighbors the first night (it is also a rental, not bad neighbors) but Levi and Darah were so responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place to anybody!!!

Christopher was a great host. Very generous, accommodating and attentive. The place was very clean. It was private and peaceful with an amazing view. Highly recommend this place and this host.

I come down to PCB EVERY YEAR WITH MY FRIENDS FOR OUR ANNUAL FISHING WE STAYED HERE LAST YEAR AND IT WAS THE PERFECT PLACE QUITE COMMUNITY EASY TO GET TO PLACE WAS CLEANED AND VERY WELL MAINTAINED STOCKED WITH ALL YOUR COOKING NEEDS BENJAMIN IS A GREAT HOST RESPONSE VERY QUICKLY PICTURES ARE EXACTLY AS POST IF AVAILABLE WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN NEXT YEAR GREAT STAY AND PRICE WELL WORTH IT

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The host was incredibly accommodating, communicative, and responsive. The house looked exactly like the photos—clean, comfortable, and perfect for a beach getaway. We loved the outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, especially with dogs. The optional golf cart rental was a great bonus for quick trips to the nearby beach. The house had everything a family could need, including washer/dryer, beach chairs, toys, and even a convenient outdoor bin for pet cleanup. We cooked most days and had no trouble finding nearby grocery stores, parks, and other towns. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

My husband and I enjoyed our time away at Eric’s condo. It was in a great location and had alot of amenities onsite. The condo looked like the pictures online. Eric was very responsive when I reached out to him with a question. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

The condo was very tastefully done and had beautiful views of the beach. Very comfortable and relaxing spot, perfect for my family of 4 (with 2 older teens). The beds were very comfortable.

This condo has a phenomenal location that provides very easy beach access. The biggest thing I noticed is it’s a LOT less crowded in this area as compared to the high-rise condos. This condo has everything you need including beds that were comfortable, a kitchen stocked with the essentials, a washer and dryer that worked great, and the showers were awesome. The condo has a homey feel that is very nicely decorated. We ate all of our meals outside due to the great view and patio. Parking was a breeze and the spot provided had plenty of space. As mentioned, this condo has a great location that is close to everything including restaurants, shopping, entertainment etc. This condo provided my family and I with an A+ vacation.

Carla's place was easily the most beautiful, and fully loaded Airb&B we have ever stayed in. Carla really goes above and beyond with detail and thinking about the little things. A good example of this is she provided dish soap, a couple laundry pods, dishwasher pods, extra toilet paper, and paper towel. Airb&b's we have stayed at in the past we have always had to come fully packed with essentials as such listed above, it was a wonderful surprise to see that she had those little things covered. The condo itself resembles the photos exactly, and the view is beautiful. Thanks, Carla, for being such a great host!

Kendra and her place we’re absolutely amazing. The condo was right on the beach and it looked like a movie every time I woke up. It was so relaxing to wake up at the beach every day and Kendra’s condo was exactly how she described it! I cannot wait to be back!

Tracy went above and beyond from the moment I booked. Her communication was warm, prompt, and so thoughtful! She even accommodated an early check-in, which made our travel day so much smoother. The beachfront condo was stunning and truly the most kid-friendly place we’ve ever stayed. Every little detail was clearly planned with families in mind, and it made all the difference. From the breathtaking views to the thoughtful extras throughout the condo, everything about our stay felt intentional and peaceful. This is kind of place that just makes the most of ur vacation needs , the place has everything u need to spend an amazing time with ur loved ones and that includes ur pet as well , well stacked kitchen , good amenities including beach kit as well , no idea how to thank the person who proactively thought it through …. It exceeded our expectations. The location is walking distance to a couple of restaurants so you don’t have to drive anywhere. The Walmart is less than a mile away. The unit is quiet with an amazing third story view. The beach is easy to access on the East side with no stairs going from the bottom floor of the building to the sand. When we stay 30 minutes west of Panama City we usually have about 50 steps to go down to the beach. It’s a pretty unit too.
